My Skyrim People Protected!

Are you tired of having to reload your save because precious npc's are dying? Vampire attacks or dragon attacks killing poor weak villagers? Well no more! This mod makes all npcs in the game essential and protected! Main vendors are all essential. Small vendors that have carts and stalls are protected. Small villages like Riverwood and Ivarstead have thier npc's set to essential. All orc stronghold npc's are protected status. All friendly dogs are essential.

Protected means that only you or your companion can kill a friendly npc if an enemy attacks a friendly npc they will take a knee and not die, Essential means no one can kill him/her not even you" Followers now level with you! Also your villagers are a little stronger to better defend themselves! This mod has no changes to npc looks or any other alterations. This mod only marks npc's to protected and essential status. If you find a problem let me know. When Solstheim is released I will be making a "Solstheim protected" mod as well and please vote up =) enjoy

5 Of my merchants including belathor, The smith in White run, and some other people all died from the dam Daunguard DLC. I resurrected them but now they wont reopen the shops and their closed 24/7 ):

you can make an npc that is essential killable if you use console command to reset/change their race to whatever, simple click on them then type 'setrace nord' (without the " ) for example, that should do the trick.

Confirmed on the "Blood on Ice" quest, this mod has to be what breaks it if you send Wuunferth to jail and Arivanya lives through the attack. The quest becomes uncompleteable after that as you cannot progress.

How do you uninstall this mod? I tried unsubscribing and the guy I want to kill won't die. And I know he's not normally essential because I killed him before I started using this mod. I deleted it in data files and I even uninstalled and then reinstalled the actual game.

Okay, so I take my words back. Your mod is working. However, you seemed to either overlooked or didn't bother with certain NPCs. Nimriel, for example, one of the farmers near Whiterun, was killed by a random troll attack, along with her partner whose name starts with a G. So i went digging in your mod with TES5Edit and I couldn't find her. I tested things out by spawning a bunch of frost trolls in Whiterun and sure enough, nobody except some guards got killed.

No no, this mod definitely conflicts with something. It's having no effect in my current game. I don't have a clue what could be doing it either. This is the first time I've tried using SkyRe.

I think your mod might have caused Saadia to remain in Whiterun after the respective quest. She now roams Whiterun and I have no idea how to get rid of her in a lore-friendly way. Well, I can't kill her by the console for some reasons and she's not even essential by checking IsEssential.
