Drop Tower (Test)

Description
Use 4 to lift the seats up and 7 to lower them. (WARNING) When lowering the seats, they tend to bug out so be careful when using them. :) Also, this is sort of a test for me so I can get better at the mechanics and tools in Gmod.

btw its not buggy its supposed to do that with how the winch tool works
