Updates (2nd Transfer is live!)
This section is for important updates/notes, info about updates to the guide, and announcements, etc. Please scan the updates whenever you use this guide to stay up-to-date (and so you don't miss out on vanity, etc.).

Second Transfer is available to all TSW vets, even those who missed it the first time! Memberships do not transfer at all this round, and weapon unlocks and character slots are not available for anyone who did not do the first transfer. GM's are included into this category as well, unfortunately. There is no cutoff date planned either, at the moment.

Updates 10/20:
  • Hide and Shriek is now free, which means it no longer provides a CD key for the exclusive promo items. Because of this, it has been removed from the promo section. If you somehow find a key, please use it immediately (left a note with linked instructions at the bottom of the promo section).

    10/19
  • I apologize for the updates not being released yet. Goal is to churn them out quickly this weekend.
  • The Last Duchess (females) and Regal Habit (males) outfits are no longer Exclusive! However, they are much more expensive compared to TSW's price (especially for GM's).

    9/22
  • DO NOT DELETE YOUR TSW ALTS! If you did the First Transfer and delete an alt, you will lose your vanity that was connected to that alt on any future SWL characters for the Second Transfer. Previous SWL alts will be able to claim the new vanity and keep the old vanity they already claimed. But if you plan on making more SWL alts, or your characters get deleted, etc., you will not receive previous vanity from deleted TSW characters! Confirmed by Chris T here[i.imgur.com].

    Important Notes:
    • Second Transfer is available to all TSW vets, even those who missed it the first time! Memberships do not transfer at all this round, and weapon unlocks and character slots are not available for anyone. GM's are included into this category as well, unfortunately. There is no cutoff date planned either, at the moment.

    • Andy[i.imgur.com] just let us know that Faction Decks were never meant to transfer. They made a mistake in the original legacy announcement/transfer and for some reason didn't realize it until now. In other words, they may never be fixed in the dressing room, or they may block us from using them. I have no idea what they plan on doing, so please keep this in mind if you intend to earn deck uniforms. 9/21: The announcement says they do not transfer at all, but I will wait for confirmation first before updating this section.

    • Weapon moulds still do not transfer. Makeup doesn't seem to either since the devs do not list them when explaining the transfer, so buy those at your own risk.

If you need achievements or dungeon achievements, please go to the LFG List document and fill out your info so people can contact you! Also, we started a Templar cabal in-game to coordinate better called "The Legends". You can also join our Discord server[discord.gg] and Steam Group to coordinate better! Try using Sanctuary or our custom chat channel, TheLegends, to chat with us!
Introduction
If you have a question about the legacy transfer, need specific transfer info, or are confused about the process, please refer to the Legacy Transfer Guide. We recommend checking it out before this one to ensure you understand the details of the transfer, then come back to continue shopping. It is updated frequently whenever new transfer info is out, just like this one.

List of Exclusive/Missing/Changed Vanity in SWL. Our guide mentions majority of the stuff in the thread that is linked, but we still recommend looking it over to ensure you don't miss anything.

Note: Playing through Steam does not matter. The transfer option will be available for you once it launches, and you will transfer just fine.

This guide is for anyone who played TSW Classic and are returning for the Second Legacy Transfer. Here in we will detail how to get the most out of your ONE TIME vanity items transfer without f*cking it up. The guide is done, minus a few side things like pics, errors, etc. We are usually updating this guide every few days though, especially once SWL patches, so make sure to check back for changes/updates.

For those of you who do not have TSW downloaded, go ahead and re-install TSW Classic. You can find a link to the download on your old TSW web account page, or just use this direct link[cdn.funcom.com]. Make sure to follow these steps so the launcher doesn't update to SWL.

Throughout this guide we will be using the following abbreviations:
TSW = The Secret World (classic) <= this is the old game that is installed from the link above
SWL = Secret World Legends <= this is the new game
GM = Grandmaster (Lifetime membership for TSW and now SWL)
AH = Auction House
FP = Funcom Points
BB = Black Bullion
VP = Veteran Points
LC = Lucky Coin

(If you haven't researched anything about SWL, or played the game yet, please refer to this post on what the new currencies are in SWL.)
TAF = Third Age Fragments
MoF = Marks of Favour

~ After doing the "Promo Items" section, please refer to the "Buy now, Save later" sections of our guide on what to spend your Funcom Points, Bonus Points, and Lucky Coins on. Buying random items from the store will not save you money, as some items are now cheaper in SWL, or more expensive. Also, keep in mind that $100 FP (12,000 FP) is equal to $100 Aurum (12,000 Aurum), which is how we know which items are more expensive, etc.

~ After you spend all of your FP/Bonus Points, spend all your Veteran Points[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com], Pax, and Black Bullion. Refer to the "Spending Pax," "Spending BB," and "Spending VP" sections for what to buy.

Note from MizoreYukii: I am also running through content in TSW to maximize my transfer. If you are in Tokyo (or running alts through the content), running Elites/Nightmares, have cosmetics to give away/sell, can donate pax, need help, etc., contact me. My in-game name is Poisoness, but feel free to add me on here as well.
Promo Items
Before you do anything else you will want to claim as many promo items in TSW as possible.
That means buying the Expanded Universe Bundle if you want any of the promo items it awards.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/688030/Kiss_of_the_Revenant_Reward_Pack/
Kiss of the Revenant (These items are SWL and Steam client only, and obtained regardless of transfer, but if you did not participate in the event you cannot get this without buying the whole bundle and using SWL through Steam. The other promo items from Hide and Shriek and The Park, and the codes below, do not require using a Steam client.)
Shadow-Bound Rifle
Shadow-Bound Blade
Shadow-Bound Blood Magic Focus
Shadow-Bound Chaos Focus
Shadow-Bound Pistols
Shadow-Bound Elementalism Focus
Shadow-Bound Fist Weapon
Shadow-Bound Hammer
Shadow-Bound Shotgun
Black Watchmen Hoodie
Black Watchmen Long Coat
(All weapons also unlock a special weapon skin.)

http://store.steampowered.com/app/402020/The_Park/
The Park (To redeem, follow these instructions, you cannot redeem them in SWL)
Killer Chipmunk Mask
Killer Chipmunk Suit
(The talismans do not transfer. The neck vanity item people talk about, The Woodcutter's Regret, was a separate limited promo item and has nothing to do with this purchase.)

While you are on the Key Registration page[register.thesecretworld.com] go ahead and use these codes that never expired.

No-one can hear you scream t-shirt, black
HALLOWEEN2014TEE

Buffed T-shirt
TSWBUFFEDTSHIRT

CSICON T-shirt
TSWCSICONTSHIRT

If you are willing to jump through some captcha hoops to create an account, you can claim a hoodie key here:
http://www.mmorpg.com/giveaways/the-secret-world-mmorpgcom-hoodie-gift-keys-1000000774

(Note: Unfortunately, these seem to be the only functioning promo codes left, everything else is a dead link or no longer active. If there is an obscure code we missed though, please let us know!)

(Note: The Hide and Shriek game has been removed as it no longer provides a CD key since it has become free. If you happen to buy/find an unused key, please use it immediately. Then follow these instructions to redeem them. Again, you cannot redeem them in SWL. If you find a key, you receive: Hide and Shriek t-shirt, black, Jackalope pet, & Little Springs Varsity Jacket.)
Buy now, Save later Part 1 (FP)
Once you are done activating codes, go ahead and launch TSW (NOT SWL)
Aka do not launch the game from Steam, instead launch the classic game we re-installed in the introduction. From here we have a few goals to get your account ready for its second transfer into SWL.

1) Log in to your main character, then open the Item Store by clicking the shopping cart in the top left corner of the screen, using the drop down Menu, or by pressing the comma (,) on your keyboard. Decide if you want the items from the Collector's Editions of the Issues/DLC under "Content." These CE items are now exclusive and unobtainable in SWL. Even if you don't want them, "buy" everything that has a cost of 0 under "Content" while you are there.

2) Claim ALL promo items we granted your account in the previous section. You can do this by selecting "Claim Items" (shown here[i.imgur.com]) on the left and "buying" everything that has a cost of 0.

3) After that; log out, log back in, and check your "Delivered Items" queue, then claim everything you find in there as well, but do not use the "get all" button. Once you've claimed everything, go to your inventory and right-click on all of the vanity items that appeared there to "earn" them on your account. Anything in your inventory will not transfer, including any pets/clothes/sprints, so make sure to use them to register them to the account.

4) Once you are done claiming your free items, it is time to shop through the Item Store for the best prices. Note that if you eventually need more Black Bullion (BB), or Pax, for the later sections of this guide, we recommend getting a subscription. That will reduce the mission cooldowns and allow you to grind for the BB and Pax. It will also give you a discount in the Item Store by 10%, saving you even more money on some of these items we recommend. Don't forget to check your "Claim Items" tab again if you do subscribe, because subscribers receive rewards[massivelyop.com] based on the days they are subscribed. (Note: Those subscriber items are now exclusive in SWL. Also, membership does not transfer for a second time!)

Emotes: If you like emotes and hate missing out on vanity, the first thing you should buy from the Item Store is Dance: Billie J. Keep in mind that there are plans to add an "emote window" to SWL soon where we will be able to purchase emotes, so this may be available through there. Ignore the Shoes of Synchronocity because they are an inventory item and do not transfer.

Pets/Sprints: For pets and sprints, unfortunately there is nothing of value to buy, except for the items down below that cost TAF. Everything else is actually cheaper, or easy to acquire, in SWL, so you'll only be wasting money by purchasing them now. The only one you could possibly argue about is the Phantom Mutt. It costs 480 for GM's in the Item Store, but in SWL it is 500 Aurum. Other than that and the TAF pets/sprints, there is nothing to purchase for these categories. You can refer to our document here for the TSW prices vs SWL prices. (This document is also discussed in "Part 2".)

~ Next, if you aren't a GM, or don't plan on subscribing to SWL, buy the items in the list below. This is because they now cost Third Age Fragments (TAF) in SWL, which is a currency only obtained from caches randomly and in varying amounts. Caches require keys to open, which are given for free if you are a subscriber/GM. If you aren't a subscriber/GM, you have to pay real money to buy those keys to open the caches. In other words, those vanity items are impossible to get without opening hundreds of caches! Do yourself a favor and buy them now if you aren't a subscriber/GM, or if you hate the thought of waiting months to get them due to RNG. Now that caches rotate with a recolored outfit sold from the TAF vendors, we definitely recommend getting these items now so you can save up for those cache recolors instead.

Note: Do not use account wide purchases when shopping in the Item Store! Account wide purchases are only for the same gender, not both genders!

Also, clothes are still gender locked. If you want a specific t-shirt on your male in SWL, you need to unlock it on a male in TSW before the transfer. Owning that specific t-shirt on a female will not make it available for your male, and vice versa. This goes for all cosmetics.

The same thing applies to faction clothes. If you want a faction colored item from each faction, you must make an alt of the gender and faction you want, then earn/buy that item on each alt. One for your Templar, one for your Illuminati, and one for your Dragon. Gender restrictions apply as well!
Buy now, Save later Part 2 (FP)
MizoreYukii had the idea to compare prices of item store clothing sets between TSW and SWL - she did the female sets and I went ahead and looked at the male sets. The gist is that some items are more expensive in TSW and some items are vastly more expensive in SWL; the following are all the items from the Item Store that would save you money if you bought them in TSW BEFORE a transfer. Of course, some items are not that great of a deal (such as saving you 5). For a list of prices based on membership, the price in SWL, and all the other outfits/items (including bugged ones), please see here (this is also linked at the bottom).

Please Note! The Minimum Savings* column in the "Everyone should buy" list is based on a zero discount in the Item Store, which means the GMs and subscribers will have greater savings than what is listed due to their discounts. The second list uses the 10% subscribers' discount. The third list uses the 20% GMs' discount. If you are not a subscriber or GM, please do not buy anything in the second or third list.

As of the 9/7 update, The Last Duchess/Regal Habit is now fixed and shows as exclusive from TSW in the Dressing Room. Because of this, they have been added to the list below.

*Mimimum Savings = means you will save AT LEAST this much in Points/Aurum. $100 FP (12,000 FP) is equal to $100 Aurum (12,000 Aurum), but anything less and you get more FP for the same amount in dollars. Additionally, the displayed value is per item if it comes in multiple colors; so if each item saves you 100 points and there are 8 different colors then buying all 8 would save you 800 points.
Buy now, Save later Part 3 (Lucky Coins)
Refer to the next section for tables. You can also see the LC prices, Aurum prices (not including some bugged ones), and the total for each LC amount in our Value document (again, not including some bugs). Please take a moment to look at the document so you understand what I am talking about.

The best value of your Lucky Coins depends on how many you have, and what items you want and their priority. Also, if you are willing to spend money on the bags, I highly recommend doing so. The chances of getting the more expensive items vs extras you can sell for Pax is a great option.

First off, none of the emotes are available in SWL at the moment, though there are plans to add an emote window very soon where you may be able to purchase them. If you are afraid of bugs, ridiculous prices, exclusives, etc., go ahead and focus on those. Then there are the items that cost TAF, as discussed in Part 1, that you should focus on.

Now let's do a teensy bit of math, and remember we are ignoring anything that is currently bugged, and as a result does not have a price (though we were able to find a few prices due to the Inspect list; these were included in the totals).
- For 123 coins, you can buy all of the 3 LC purchases. This comes out to a total value of 8475 Aurum in SWL. This is 41 items in total.

- If you have 170 coins, you can buy all the 10 LC purchases worth a total of 6475 Aurum. An extra 10 coins gets you a pet that costs TAF now, so a total of 180 coins. This is 17 items in total, not including the TAF pet.

- With 280 coins, you can buy all the 35 LC purchases with a total value of 4375 Aurum. This is 8 items in total.

- Finally, if you have 150 coins total you can buy all the 50 LC purchases with a total value of 2000 Aurum. Add another 50 coins for a total of 200, and you can buy the sprint that costs TAF. This is 3 items in total, not including the TAF sprint.

In other words, if you have 123 coins or higher, and aren't picky about the items, buy all the items that cost 3 LC. The value is much better compared to all the other purchase options!

However, I'm assuming that like most people you do not have this much and do not intend to buy the bags either. If this is the case, your best bet is to actually mix and match based on what you want and the lowest LC prices. In other words, don't buy the Faction Racehorse worth 50 coins (1000 Aurum in SWL), because you can beat that value by buying the other cheaper items that you want. For instance, let's say you have a total of 50 LC exactly. You are torn between buying the Faction Racehorse for a total of 50 LC, or both the Jockey Silks options and a few other items. If you decide against the horse and buy the Jockey Silks, you spend 6 coins but have a total value of 1000 Aurum still. You also get two items for the same value of that sprint, and have 44 leftover coins to spend on other items, which further increases your value.

I know it is tempting to buy the Faction Racehorse or other 50 LC purchases, but if you are a vanity collector or want specific sets, you need to focus on what gives you the best value instead! If you are someone who doesn't really care, focus on whatever items you think are best for you.

Next, bag recommendations. We did not calculate each individual item's value from the bags (mostly due to the bugged items), so we cannot give you each bag's total value. However, we can recommend bags based on sets and which is the "easiest" to collect in terms of better value. (I do say easiest lightly, because gambling is still gambling.)

The bag that is best for spending your money on is actually the Retro Bag.

Majority of the items in that bag come in multiple colors, and multiple colors means more value. For instance, the 3 variations of the Aerobics Leotard in the bag each cost 1000 Aurum in SWL, for a total of 3000 Aurum. The Retro Bag bundle costs 960 FP at a zero discount, 864 FP for subscribers, & 768 FP for GM's. Comparing that to just the Aerobics Leotard, you save a lot of money by buying the bundle, getting several items worth that price or more in SWL, and still be able to sell any duplicates for extra pax on the AH to get the ones you missed! Not to mention that most of the multiple items are in the "Uncommon" section, making them easier to obtain than the other bags and their loot.

The second bag you should focus on is the Professional's Satchel due to the large amount of "Uncommon" and "Rare" items, because it is on sale, and because there are duplicates in the "Uncommon" section, though there are not many. This bag is just as valuable as the Retro Bag though, as many of the items are at least 500 Aurum.

The other bags are up to you since they are about the same (I'd probably recommend Gym Bag after the other two though), but if you're a vanity collector you should definitely focus on the Retro Bag first.

*Not all LC vendor items are included in this table; some cost TAF or cannot be acquired in SWL as mentioned above
Unintentionally Exclusive (aka Bugged)
As a by-product of our work, we've accumulated a list of some of the clothing items that only show up in SWL if you transferred them in, thus making them “unintentionally exclusive.” Funcom will likely fix these “bugged” items, but if you do not trust Funcom to fix them, you might consider buying these items as “Funcom laziness insurance.”

Since some items are bugged/missing still in SWL, we can't fully recommend them due to a lack of a price in SWL. However, if you have the money to spare and actually want the item, we do recommend purchasing the bugged items now incase they are more expensive (better to be safe than sorry). You can see a full list of bugged/missing clothes in the link here. For the ladies, the bugged Lady of the Crimson Sea is related to the male Sea Smuggler, which had a price increase in SWL. For that reason alone, we definitely recommend getting that outfit now.

Spending Pax Part 1
Besides the lists below, or AH vanity, it doesn't matter what you spend your Pax on. Majority of the clothing that costs Pax in TSW isn't too expensive in SWL. However, buying them now will obviously save you money and time due to the grinding needed for our new currency. We recommend buying all of the extremely cheap items, which is anything below 50k, then work your way to the 100k+ items. If you see vanity items on the AH, buy them before any of the Pax clothing stores.
If you want to buy all the clothing that vendors offer for PAX, expect to pay 35-40 million Pax just for one gender's set of clothes.

Here are the places you can purchase clothing from for Pax. They are all located in London.
  • A Party Hat[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] for both genders from the Crusades in Darkside, London
  • Pangaea[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com]
  • Ealdwic Station[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com]
  • Mabli Mire and Maddog Mire[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] change their wares each day on a 7 day cycle. Check here[forums.thesecretworld.com] for what items are available on which days.
  • Doctor Caligari[wiki.crygaia.org] sells items that require certain levels of earned Achievement Points in order to buy. There are versions for both sexes.

Doctor Caligari:

Also, buy these items as they have a yellow strip in the Dressing Room, but no text. They may or may not be exclusive in the future. If you purchase the male or female version of the pirate outfit, Lady of the Crimson Sea/Sea Smuggler, from the Item Store, the Pirate hat will unlock for you and you do not have to buy it with Pax. If you purchase the fancy outfit, The Last Duchess/Regal Habit, from the Item Store, you do not have to buy the tiara/crown with Pax.

If you run out of Pax, run some missions and sell any loot you get, or try asking people for donations. The http://legacy.tswdb.com/ website has a list of missions and their Pax rewards, so choose the ones with the highest rewards to run. If you open drop bags from the Item Store/events and receive duplicates, sell them on the AH as they still sell quickly (but do not make them too expensive regardless of quality, otherwise it won't sell, or people run out of Pax and can't buy the rest). Also, clear out your bank and inventory by selling all useless, or no longer needed, items to a vendor (do not sell your normal gear, only useless junk!). Don't bother selling signets/glyphs, augments, etc. for a high price in the AH because most people aren't concerned about that anymore, so you will only be wasting your money if the item fails to sell.

Of course, before spending that Pax you should take a look at the list below. This is a list of all Investigation Vanity Reward Bag items, which you now get in SWL for completing Investigation missions. However, there is currently a bug, or very badly implemented system, that results in people not receiving all possible items. This is usually due to legacy transfers, but there are cases where new players stop receiving rewards as well, as seen here. Until they fix this, we recommend buying all the items below so you don't lose out. Unfortunately, there are some items that you cannot buy due to them being from previous events, and we have listed those as well.

Total: 1,195,500 Pax

Spending BB (Black Bullion)
Unlike the Pax, this section requires careful decisions unless you are willing to grind BB.
  • If you are worried about never obtaining an item ever again, please make sure to buy the PvP uniforms[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] from your faction. SWL is lacking PvP, and as a result, the uniforms are not available. We are not sure if they will ever come back.

  • Spend your BB on the Tokyo Factions[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] clothing! As mentioned in "Buy now, Save later Part 1", this set now relies on TAF and requires a lot of it. The entire set costs 900 BB and a bit of Pax. You need Issue 9, The Black Signal, to buy these.

  • Buy The Lost Desert[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] from the Envoy of Ca’ d’Oro at the Marya Encampment, The Scorched Desert in Egypt. That set now costs 4,000 Aurum in SWL, which is the equivalent of $40 US! The entire set costs 1,080 BB. You need Issue 6, The Last Train to Cairo, to buy these.

  • Buy the Orochi Modular Battlesuit[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] from the Envoy of Ca’ d’Oro at the Romany Camp, Shadowy Forest in Transylvania. This set costs 3,000 Aurum in SWL. The entire set costs 1,200 BB. You need Issue 7, A Dream to Kill, to buy these.

  • The Venetian Tactical Armor[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] is not that important. It isn't expensive in SWL and only costs 65k MoF, which is about 433 Aurum at an exchange rate of 150 MoF = 1 Aurum. In other words, you can ignore this one if you are short on BB! The entire set costs 1,140 BB, and you do not need Issue 8 to purchase.
If you run low on BB, grind missions, PvP, and dailies/weeklies. The http://legacy.tswdb.com/ website has a list of missions and their rewards. Go through and track down the best ones to grind, and I'd even recommend paying for a subscription to make this go faster since you have limited time. We recommend Tokyo if you are at that level, and if not, PvP is an amazing source of BB, specifically Fusang. As a member, I can earn around 183 BB every 40 minutes when the event in Fusang happens. If you see that notification, make sure to join!
Spending VP (Veteran Points)
The first item you should consider buying from the Veteran store for 20 VP is the Tan Pharaoh Hound[legacy.tswdb.com], which requires TAF in SWL.

All other Veteran store items are available in SWL for Aurum or MoF, most commonly Aurum. We recommend buying the hats and masks because they usually cost 750 Aurum. The backpacks, pets, and glasses are usually cheaper than the hats/masks, normally at around 500 Aurum. We didn't list them all mainly because we can't access the VP store anymore (it disappears once you are out of VP), and because it is doubtful anyone has more than 50 VP, if even that.
Achievements/Missions & Deck Uniforms
1) Some achievements and mission rewards are missing from SWL due to missing content, or because they are now exclusively from TSW. Here is a list of achievements and missions you should complete before transferring, because they may not be available in SWL. And you should also refer to this page[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] for any extra items you may be interested in, but if it isn't in the list below, no need to worry about it because it is in SWL already.

(Please keep in mind that the list below is for people wanting to avoid missing exclusives or hard to get vanity in SWL, like the MPs. This list was not intended to be a "collect for account wide purposes". However, due to a request I will be adding in an extra document that lists all achievements and missions (that I know of/can find) that give vanity, not including titles. I need to put it together and track everything down though, so please be patient.)

Achievements:
  • Under the "Lore" tab > General > The Buzz - "Occult Oxford Daywear/Tweed" is now exclusive.
  • Under the "Missions" tab > The Unseen > The Golden Ghost - "Balaclava" is now exclusive.
  • Under the "Decks" tab > Auxiliary Weapons > Love and Rockets - "Retro Rocketeer Helmet" is now exclusive due to the removal of the auxiliary weapons.
  • Under the "Decks" tab > Auxiliary Weapons > Aldini's Assistant - "Scarred Leatherface" is now exclusive due to the removal of the auxiliary weapons.
  • Under the "Decks" tab > Auxiliary Weapons > Scrapyard Science - "Magneton helmet" is now exclusive due to the removal of the auxiliary weapons.
  • All t-shirts from the "Missions" > Issues achievements are now exclusive, such as "A Dream to Kill T-shirt".
  • Any Tokyo/Kaidan achievement that isn't under "Issues" > The Black Signal, because the rest of Tokyo has not been released yet. Without the release of the rest of the area and the related achievements, we can't tell if some items are going to make it or not. Note: "The Bank Heist" mission achievement reward (Moonwalk Pro), under the "Issues" tab > Sleuth's Gallery > Catch Me If You Can, does not transfer to SWL.
  • Under the "Raids" tab > Agartha Defiled Achievement > Blessed Are the Believers = "Carapace of the Immaculate Machine – Helmet, white" since it is not in SWL yet.
  • Under the "Dungeons" tab > Group Finder > Dungeoneer because this achievement is not in SWL yet. The Nightmare achievements are also recommended because some of that clothing is not available yet. Note that as of 9/7, the MP clothing in SWL that was on E10 is now on E5, they should no longer be hard to get.
  • Any achievements under "Events", not including Opening Night. For majority of them this may be impossible, but if you still have a group bag, try to contact people to complete the relevant achievement.
Missions
  • All possible storyline missions since they sometimes reward vanity items. Especially The Pachinko Model storyline mission in Tokyo, which is bugged. If you already own the t-shirts for one gender in TSW, be aware that you can't earn them on the opposite gender in SWL.
  • The mission "Fierce Competition" from Inbeda in Tokyo. The mask you receive at the end of the mission has been moved to the achievement "The Colour of Tragic" in SWL, which requires you to follow a divergent trail.
  • "The Vanishing of Tyler Freeborn" mission from Issue 5 rewards a Smooth claw amulet[sephorassecretcloset.wordpress.com] that is now exclusive. Make sure to get it!

2) Complete as many Decks as you can, including the "Elite" decks. The uniforms are exclusively from TSW until Funcom decides to add them back in, which so far seems unlikely. Also, Funcom has been taking a few deck uniforms, stripping the details/colors and splitting them into pieces, and making them available through the "capstone" system and other means. That is the only way to obtain similar clothing to the previous decks, and a lot of them are still missing. Ignore the Panoptic Core, as it is still available without any changes in SWL. Important Note: Andy[i.imgur.com] just let us know that Faction Decks were never meant to transfer. Also, Elite decks transfer and are not affected by Faction Decks.

3) Once that is all done you want to setup some alts to maximize your transfer. The ideal situation is if you only ever really played on your one main, otherwise you will have to customize this section to fit your situation. Decide what your new SWL main will be; gender and faction, preferably it will be the same as your old main. You then want 3x TSW alts of the same gender but all different factions, and 1x TSW alt of the opposite gender. So for me (Drake); I have 1 male Illuminati main and some bank alts. I would have transferred all the alt's stuff back to the main then deleted them and made: 1x male Dragon, 1x male Templar, 1x female Illuminati. Go ahead and run each alt through to Kingsmoth just to be sure the game recognizes them as a full character, then repeat the steps from "Buy now, Save later Part 1"-1, including the logging out/in for each one. This will unlock all the different faction colors for each item that has such differences and still give you access to your own faction's opposite gender colors. Do not delete the alts or your main! All characters must be active, not deleted, in order for the transfer to recognize the clothes. Also, if the alts are deleted before your Second Transfer, you lose that deleted vanity for future SWL characters. If you have time, try to collect some more faction specific clothes for your alts (faction rank outfits do not transfer).
Transfer to SWL
Review everything to make sure you aren't forgetting anything, maybe sleep a night on it. Say a prayer, then when you are ready - start up SWL, click "account" at the bottom of the screen, log in, and finally perform the transfer by clicking the button on the right and hitting confirm. You should see something like this[thaigameguide.com] after you click the confirm button. After that, you need to go into SWL and make a character, or log in to a character. Regardless of what you do, you need a character who has unlocked Agartha in order to receive your items. After you've unlocked Agartha, go to "Delivered Items" or type in /delivereditems, and the window will pop up. Click the "Claim TSW Vanity" button at the bottom of the window, as seen [i.imgur.com]. The game will hang for a minute as everything unlocks, just wait it out, and good luck!
Shameless Self Promotion
Here is a list of the remaining vanity items I'd still like to get if anyone has one of them - I have an obscene amount of pax from selling all the duplicate item store bag loot so it really is a matter of "name your price"

Steam: Drake / TSW:TheDeadlyDark / SWL: Irrevenant
The Love Generation - Coat/Dress,
Siberian Husky,
Winter's Majesty - Cervine Headress, - really regret never getting this one :(
The Wassailer - Hat(black),
Little Succubus,
Cat Ear Headphones(both),
Domesticated Moose,
Flightless Reindeer,
Penguin onesie,
Circular fur cap (grey)

Unfortunately, Hide and Shriek is now free, and because of that it no longer provides a CD key. If you can somehow find an unused key, please use it immediately.

In the mean time, the instructions and promo section for Hide and Shriek have been removed.

The Last Duchess (females) and Regal Habit (males) outfits are no longer Exclusive! However, they are much more expensive compared to TSW's price (especially for GM's).
Drake Ravenwolf  [author] Oct 8 @ 6:54pm
Due to Aurum -> MoF conversion rate changes, Vintage Punk and the Flat Cap are no longer recommended buys in TSW at any level

Someone was kind enough to take pics of the Veteran Store for us! Will update the guide to reflect that as well (still working on the other updates, been pretty busy lately).
MizoreYukii  [author] Sep 22 @ 1:26am
Added a few notes to some areas, mainly the Decks and "Buy now, Save later Part 1". Just reminders that the Decks aren't supposed to transfer this round (though I am waiting for confirmation before we officially write them off), to not do account wide purchases, and that faction and genders need to have separate purchases in order for them to be unlocked.
Drake Ravenwolf  [author] Sep 21 @ 12:32pm
Word of warning - you may want to wait to transfer till at least the first holiday event just to see how holiday items are handled in SWL in case they are easier in TSW

Emote window for SWL is live! I already know the prices of a few emotes, etc. due to Discord but will need to log in for the rest later. Also, the listed updates I mentioned previously are almost done.
MizoreYukii  [author] Sep 14 @ 4:37pm
Updated with two notes. You can find the info in the Updates section.
MizoreYukii  [author] Sep 14 @ 12:50am
Updated the BB section to indicate which outfits need which Issues to purchase, though I need confirmation on the Venetian outfit.

Also noted today that the Moonwalk Pro emote from The Bank Heist does not transfer, along with extra info.
