Don't get cooked, stay off the hook!

Here's the squid and octoling of Off The Hook fame, Marina and Pearl.

These models use bodygroups for the mouths and skingroups for the eyes, I don't have the experience to remodel to the face to be able to use flexes so I'm sorry in advance. They also have skins to enable selfillum on parts of the clothes. They also use CustomHero, so the more lights you use on them the brighter their envmaps get.

Their bones have been renamed to biped bones, however since they only has 3 spine bones she can't be used with bip_simple, but 3spine rigs or the autorigger work just fine.

Credit to RTB for making the scripts to extract these models and textures and to import them to 3DSMax. Credit to TTMR and Revolution for doing the last two preview images, and to Revolution for extracting the models for me.

I'm not taking character requests, I will release whatever characters I decide to work on.

The original model is by Nintendo, I am not using these models and texture with permission. Splatoon and Splatoon 2 is ©Nintendo, please don't hurt me.

Where can i download splatoon maps?
i was saying that both of you have almost the same models, but he figured out how to have the AO enabled and working on it. that maybe you could ask him how he did it to improve your model further. but idk how this works.

I don't entirely remember how he went about doing it but I ended up not using AO at all since I had the AO overlayed onto the diffuse textures, on top of that both of our ports use skins/bodygroups for faces so I'm not sure what you mean by that.
how come Fission was able to do it? i prefer your model over his with the superior colors, hair shine, and rig, but his has functional AO. his model also uses skins and bodygroups to face pose.

That's why AO is disabled.
im trying to enable ambient occluion on the body and eyelids of these models. the body works perfectly with AO, bu the eyelids wont work at all:

when i add AO to the eyelids, i get this:

when i remove the $alphatest 1 to fix the ambient occlusion on the eyelids, this happens:

i cant find middle ground of the eyes being visible with proper ambient occlusion.
