Description
Adanaxis campaign. This is what Orion's threat should have been.

New maps, bug fixes, minor balance changes over all maps, original hd textures and style.
AD_parabolicmovement.nut fix, pretty important for other mappers who want to use such stuff.

However dont ask me for it to be in rd officials, i better do something else than hopeless talk. That guy is on his own.

New map3, requires beta rd to work properly. Beta version, so expect bugs, bad balance n so on.

So some more words about new map:

This is a map about random routes, events and choices. Really high detalisation, great lighting. Good physics events too. U can tactically explode stairs, some doors to take one advantage things over another, even floor panels in one place. There is a gun that shoot barrels and u can mod it into magnet weapon that pushes aliens if u find a secret room. U can hack main stuff without tech on any hero, while techs can unlocks different routes and overcharge fans. Custom particles, custom textures, unusual aliens spawning ways, 2500+lines of vscript code. Have fun.

You seem to love putting them Hand Grenades around for those impossible to hit targets, like that one overhang Swarm Egg in Map 1. There's a trick for that one, and that's to shoot it before it pops.

Man I love Hand Grenades too. Yaeger does best with them and it's always Divine Retribution when you toss all grenades on your feet when surrounded with no way out. At least you take those bastards with you.

Jokes aside, the MortarCute can be targetted with guns, just that I had trouble with the one in Map 1.

Map1. Checked both versions, supposed to be the same mortar position, however mortar movement is not standard, maybe servers with different tickrate affect it a little. Still was able to target it, but cant say it is that easy indeed.

Map3. There are 12 hand grenades near or so, usually nobody pickup it anyway, so if u want it is clear overkill for this mortar. Yeah and hard to touch cure things for sure=)

Oh just wanna make a note, the Mortarbug in the middle section of Map 1 is untargettable with regular guns. I think the RD version in Orion allows you to shoot him though. It's the one where its at a lower level firing projectile upwards onto the catwalks.

Map 3's mini Mortarbug in the Satellite objective observatory, the one on top of a shelf, is also rather hard to target. Cute thing, though.

For now i do make a map between current 2-3, however i have plans for 3-4 maps beyond current map 4, cant promise to make that many but i want something epic with displacements again.

Never knew Bonus 1 was from this campaign. Love that map for killing most of the inexperienced players huehuehue

Despite Map 3 being rather plain in the middle section, this campaign is unique with many weird surprises. I like the idea of using a lot of customized Swarm strains instead of the generic Drone wave spams most campaigns seem to do.

Hope we can see the radioactive/flaming Buzzer as an addition for a future map beyond Map 4, if there's a continuation.
