Story Mode Activate
Description
This game is essentially a giant, gravity-based puzzle game where the player must get from their initial start point to the exit, but it is also so much more than that. Each area will begin to get more and more complex as the player gets closer and closer to the end goal, but with the increased difficulty, the player will also be given more and more control over their surroundings.

The camera will have a large part in making this game work because as the player is being flung around the room the screen could get quite a bit disorienting and I don't want that to discourage anyone from taking part in my game. When being propelled towards their new landing areas the player's camera will dynamically move with the player automatically, think of coming out of portals upside down, correcting the point of view of the character, showing them in their proper orientation to the surroundings, while also flipping the character around to land on the new surface properly without taking on any blunt force trauma to their head or neck area.

As the player gets closer and closer to the end result, by progressing through the different levels, the objectives will keep getting harder and harder involving more and more player interaction in order to allow said player to progress to the end state.

The player will be “told by the walls”, think more physical version of Splinter Cell: Conviction's objectives, what they need to do in order to escape their current predicament/cell.


Very Basic Story

Trapped in a blank, white, cube room, our protagonist is given the objective of trying to escape this ever shifting world. Falling towards the ceiling and being flung from wall to wall, the player must try to escape this chamber before it kills him.

I was just thinking about the manhattan project and an alternate "project" came to my mind which really worked with the story behind my game, I can't wait to finish developing it more so I can show people.

Agreed with C0untzer0. Summarize the description for the TL;DR generation, and keep the details in a separate discussion topic for those interested in more. Your wall of text is offputting, especially the "Story" portion. It doesn't need to be such a narrative piece, just give us enough to entice us.

Right now, probably the source engine. It's physics are wonderfully done.
