The Soul Forge

**Requires Dawnguard*

This mod adds a player home in Whiterun. Entrance is under the bridge as you enter whiterun. Home is a basic crafting setup with tons of storage and a homey soul cairn feel. Perfect for anyone who doesn't like bright colors or running two miles to get to a skinning rack. Small office is also included with my failed attempt to include an atronach forge, office is however two miles away. On the bright side horses can be ridden in the Soul Forge.
Made an interior to the little model castle. A merchant with 10k and various dark reagents for sale, Can be reached through a door on the eastern side of the crypts. Doors to the other four cities south down the stairs, Roadsigns and respective shields mark them. New inn contains 5 new followers, a bartender who sells a lot of food items and a ghostly bard.

Added three sets of craftable armor (must use the soul forge) one robes, light armor and heavy armor in dragon smithing. Each set has 40% more armor than their counterparts. (Daedric for heavy, nightingale for light and greybeard for robes) while each set contains vastly superior enchantments i don't consider them gamebreaking given the materials required to make them and that they are primarily for level 50+ on master and legendary game modes. The combination materials required to craft them (demonwrath ingot, spirit essence and deathfrost skull) are made in the smelter using extreme heat and preasure to condense the base items.
Each new weapon ive put in is subject to change or be removed entirely.

Again let me know if you think anything should be added or removed.

*Things to "maybe" come*

Open crypts
Fast travel marker

I should have said this earlier but due to time constraints and my hard drive being wiped ive stopped messing with this mod. That said i give my permission to anyone who wants to continue to build on or tweak this mod to how they see fit. Sorry i couldnt do more and didnt get around to this sooner.

I really hope you get to updating this mod, if you change your mind. It's badass!

Ah, its not a problem. I completly understand about thier wandering (2 of them got out durring the battle of whiterun, and never went back in).

One other thing I wanted to ask, what is the strange device in the pub area for.... the one that has the inner ring of the puzzle doors?

Sorry for not updating. the guardians have been removed for a time till i can get them to stop wandering around. As for the staff you found in the Chapel of Troubles im still tweaking it and haven't tested it myself. I thought the door was locked but must have accidently left it open.

As always i appreciate any feedback and any tips or concerns you may have. This is not just my home but yours as well and while it may be old it can always be improved.

I've bene useing this mod for quite some time.... about since I got Skyrim a few months ago and I love this home.... Even since I got it I've been using it for my base of operations, storeing all of my nice gear and what not.... as well as using it for forgeing and enchanting.

Also I noticed that you added a few things recently and they look great.... (the keeper looks so much.... more keepery with his new shelves) but one problem I've come across.... I found the Paradox of the Shivering Grey (along with the other three weapons that were with it) but it has no charge bar and I am Unable to use it, is there some sort of trick or is the weapon itself not finished yet? Also, What happend to all of the Guardians, I kinda miss those large fellows standing around watching out for anything hostile

Again.... Thank you for the amazing area and keep up the beautiful work

Walk up to it and press the interact key. Same as you do any other door.

I'm not entirely sure how to enter it. I see the gateway, but I can't jump in it or anything.

this mod is great! Really good job, the only problem i had, and i want you to take this into consideration, was that the location of the entrance was bad i would of liked to see it deep in the wilderness or in a creepy area with a map marker, i would really appreciate it if you moved it so please if you can, do so. Other than that great job!
