Description
This mod adds a fun way for mages to craft the clothes they want.

You make the cloth, you make the dye, you make the clothes.

In every tailoring workshop you'll find a Loom a Dye Lab and a guidebook explaining how it works.

This mod is for crafting clothes only. If you want to craft weapons and armor use my Smithing mod.

FAQ:
Q: Can you add dyes that will color pre-existing clothes and armor?
A: No, in order for me to do this I would have to create thousands of new textures and it would only work on vanilla clothes and armor, not equipment added through other mods.

If you have any problems or suggestions please leave a comment.

Be sure to check out my other mods.

Just curios, am I able to select the style and color then? IE: blue greybeard robes?.... I just want to know what this is capable of and if it would be my best choice. I test dozens of mods a day and would link to eliminate some trial and error. And I think this is something other players may be interested in knowing.

Used this mod in a previous game (I had to remove all my mods recently but will re-subscribe): This is definitely an immersive, functional, fun addition to the game.
If you want to know what any specif item looks like, copy and paste it into Google and select Imagesearch.
Also check out Skyrim UESP for descriptions

Thank you Buckles for your work :) added to my mod collection again :)

I guees what i was hoping to learn from the video is whether it will let me craft mage robes that look like the stuff you get from the "Black Mage Armor" mod. I really like the look of the armor but have been wanting a white version...

When I try to watch the video I get a black screen. I can hear the audio, but can see no picture. =/

Finally, a good use for linen wraps.

Wow, Psiijic clothe, Mithic Dawn and Jester all in one! but what about the Redoran priests, olde Miiraack's robe (although nothing can beat the spell on that one!) and all the other soft clothe from Dragonborn? they are even nicer in desighne! -or i like them better- ;-) Thank you, great idea. will try it soon.

Welerson, you prolly have something else either deliberately or accidentally (google 'skyrim mod dirty edits' if you're not familiar) overwriting the spot where the loom should be. I've been using the mod for over a year now and never had a problem. Look for mods that make changes to the design of cities as a first suspect.

Is is possible to dye the clothes with colours other than the ones specified in the requirements list for the piece?
For instance, I've made Mourners clothing but instead of using Dark Blue dye, would it be possible to use Red, or Purple, or any other colour dye I can make?
Honestly, I've been looking for a mod that will change the colour of vanilla clothing. This appears to be impossible to find!

Cultist full outfits? Robes, boots, gloves, masks?

Good joob man, nice mod. Everything works out well exept for the loom. The Dye Lab is there and all, but werdly the loom not. Do you have an idea of what can be causing this? well thanks in advance anyways.
