Playthrough #1 - Beginning of the Story
On the third day, you're presented with your first choice in Sorcerer's Dream. To ensure that we don't have to read/skip all the text that comes before that choice, make your first save at that point in the second save slot.

I am about to do the worst thing imaginable and give a long lecture on how we'll be using the save system during our playthrough. You see, save slot 1 is your autosave, which can't be overwritten. This means that, if we wanted to load Save 1 while following the guide, we'd have to load the second save file in-game. To make this easier to understand, remember the equation "n+1". In this example, n is our variable for Save 1. So, we'd plug in 1 as n, which gives us 1+1, and that tells us the save slot we're loading or creating a new save file in, which would be the second save slot.

I'll Have Leader Go
Bad Ending 1 - "Beasts"
Yes

While we're on the topic of bad endings in Sorcerer's Dream, you'll then be asked if you want to take Mieme's Special Lesson, which happens every time you get a bad ending. In most cases, this shouldn't matter, and it can be freely ignored unless you want the characters to give you tips on how you died and what you should have done instead. For Blaze Blade1 and Blaze Blade2, however, things get a little wierd, as you're supposed to take Mieme's Special Lesson after you get the ending that unlocks the Blaze Blade1 achievement to get Blaze Blade2.

[Load 1]
I'll Go
[Save 2]
Fist It To Defend
[Save 3]
Intercept Somehow
Click No to the special lesson
Bad Ending - Blaze Blade1
[Load 3]
Intercept Somehow
Click Yes to the special lesson
Bad Ending - Blaze Blade2

[Load 2]
Parry it to catch her off guard
Avoid and wait for an opportunity

After that troublesome set of choices, you are presented with three choices:
Our fighting ability
IMPO
The Magic laboratory

It should be noted that the VN mandates that you select all 3 choices above, in any order, in order to progress the story. None of those 3 choices affect the bad endings you can get, so they can be ignored.

Immediately after that, you get another three choices, shown below this author's note, that don't throw the dreaded "Bad Ending" at you. You can only choose one of those three choices, but it really doesn't matter which one of those three you choose in the long run.
>I'll take a shower
>I'll talk to Michaela
OR
>What is that paper bag?

[Save 4]
Avoid
Bad Ending - Forecast and fire
[Load 4]
Defend with my fist
[Save 5]
Go to IMPO
Bad Ending - "Select A"
[Load 5]
Don't go to IMPO
Bad Ending - "Select B"
[Load 5]
Select neither
True Ending 1 - Beginning of the Story

This, to those who read Visual Novels, would be where the story ends. The credits roll, and the "Beginning of the Story" achievement is unlocked automatically. However, we're not done hunting all the bad endings in Sorcerer's Dream, as that was only the first of two playthroughs that we need to play for 100% completion.

Playthrough #2 - My Dream, Your Dream
To alleviate any feeling that you may be hanging off a cliff (Get it? Cliff-hanger? I'll shut up now...), allow me to explain what we just accomplished by selecting the above choices in the previous playthrough and returning to the main menu after rolling the credits: We now have access to another storyline with it's own set of bad endings, the second true ending, and an epilogue. Without further ado, here's the choices we need to select in the second playthrough to get these:

[Load 1]
I'll go
Rethink
[Save 6]
I should fight
Bad Ending - "Reckless"
[Load 6]
I should escape
[Save 7]
Do
Oppose
Bad Ending - "You had it coming"
[Load 7]
Don't
Give up
[Save 8]
Run Away
Bad Ending - "Coward can't get future"
[Load 8]
Don't Run Away
[Save 9]
Attack
Bad Ending - "Hidden Weapon"
[Load 9]
Not attack
True Ending 2 - My Dream, Your Dream
After Story

Much like the previous route that unlocked this secret route, there are no more choices to select during the last chapter (Referred to as "Day 10"). Just read the ending, automatically get the "My Dream, Your Dream" achievement, let the credits roll by, read the extra batch of text that comes after the credits roll, and automatically get the "After Story" achievement. Congrats, you have completed Sorcerer's Dream!

Author's Notes
A very special thanks to Dust for providing the majority of this guide and tips for the game. I (Hikikomori) gave it a test run and formatted it to bring this guide to the community; please enjoy.
