gm_flatbuild_pb is almost like gm_flatgrass on gmod12, and with the grass extending to a sandy beach and a large ocean that has a pretty well-balanced depth. Like flatgrass? You'll like this even more!

-Expect a simple flat map with a huge grass area, a huge water area and a tall skybox! Need something other than ground, water & the sky? Build it like a baws :D!

-I've optimized the depth of the water (unlike many other water maps where it's too deep). It's not so deep that you lose props or get lost underwater, and it's still deep enough to build sub-marines and go on an underwater adventure ^^.

-I've optimized file size to only 3mb, which is a lot better than some other flat grass/water maps out there. so if you have a server and stick to flatgrass because you worry about bandwidth, switch to this map and worry no more :3.


UPDATE ============================================================

Changelog v02:
- Updated the sky, it now looks much prettier and has moving clouds.
- You can now change the sky with the skyEdit entity in Garrysmod.
- Made water slightly deeper and changed to a prettier texture.
- Map is slightly wider
- Taller skybox

@lightmappedgeneric No, I can assure you it does not replace any default gmod textures. I would never do that when making maps, because it's extremely bad practice.
I can see that you're confused by it though if you extracted it, because the map contains one custom .vmt files which *uses* some default .vtf files (nature/sandfloor009a and nature/grassfloor002a).
Using default .vtf files like this in a custom .vmt file does not override any default files.
