Hearthfire Houses Fix. Lakeview Manor.

In 1 collection by Shadowman
Hearthfire fixes
4 items
Added display cases activators to all weapon displays in Lakeview Manor.
Fixed mannequin wandering bug.
Ability to place staff to large display case (for all game, not only in Hearthfire houses).

Requires Hearthfire

Collection of this fixes all together

Be aware, that if you are already built weapon display or mannequin, you may not see the changes immediately.
You may need to make object disable / enable by console to get fix effect.

Here is the more detailed explanation, how to do this:
To make activators working, you may do three things.
1 - try to make fast travel from your house anywhere (more, than 2-3 cells away) and then return back.
2 - you may force the activator appearing by colliding your player's body with it.
3 - try to select not the case, but the shelf or the table under it. And disable/enable it. The same with mannequins. Select the table under them to disable.
One of those ways, should help, I'm sure.

Other houses are in separate esp's and I cannot publish them all together.

Sorry but I don't ply Skyrim and don't support this mod anymore

Nice mod, fully functional.

However, it would be GREAT if you create another mod (or update this one) with a feature to place, um, any item properly inside the display case. I tried to put items like Glenmoril Witch Head and various gemstones inside, but everytime I get out of the manor and get back in, those items would be found outside the case. So far, the only "misc" tagged thing that stays inside is the Arentino Heirloom.

I don't know if this sorts of mod is impossible to make for Skyrim (I haven't found any) so forgive me if this comment is kinda dumb. But if anyone knows such mod in the workshop, please let me know :D thanks

The problem with the sword, not with mod.

It works now! i took a few days but it works like a charm. but thre is a problem: ancient nordic greatswords dont always fit in the weapon racks, they just fall out. fix that please.

The better way to get all working well - install this mod(s) before you start to build your houses. Otherwise, you should wait, when engine re-reads all content of location.
You can force this by fast travel out somewhere far and back.
Btw, a lot of tips written on several first pages of discussion.

This mod adds the activators, yes, but when you click on them they don't DO anything! The weapon doesn't go in.

how does this hel the display cases? can i activate some kind of auto-placement function?

Many thanks for creating this mod this should make it much easier to put things on display.

On a side note though some of the mannequins still tend to move out of place at lakeview manor with no helmets on if fully equipped. So far i have seen the one in the basement do it as well as the one on the second floor. Not sure what may cause it but the skyrim unofficial hearthome patch fixed it for me.

Actually if i put anything on the in any display case/weapon rack in the house after installing this mod I can't get them out.

I can put infinite daggers into one case and I can't get them out. I also don't have a save to go back on to get my dagger back. Any suggestions?
