you enter to see the exit to your right.
with a laser field protecting it .
the door needs to be opened & a laser field turned off.
the room you see in front of you,
has a laser catcher & a button.
they will turn off the laser field & open the exit door.
simple yes ?
NO, Glodos is mad, she has let you, the person who killed her, go.
knowing that time & age would finish the job,
she tried to do.
but you came back.

update: lowered laser field, to aid tester.
altered some conections & put more automated items behind glass.
to avoid player, wrongfully believing, that they have to use them.
reason they are not completly hidden,
is for curious player to see how things work.
& aid them in becoming better map makers.
hence the signage.( map wont build with antlines)
update: to prevent being trapped & throwing cube onto button. thankyou toncica.

Big Moustache
thankyou for playing.
"repeat for fun."
thankyou for that.
glad you had fun :)
as your playing my maps in the opposite order of them being created.
they should in theory get simpler.
but I have updated all of them.
so this is not always the case.

I have played your map.
don't know why I did not respond earlier ?
thankyou for your help with this map :)

yes it was useful, thankyou :)
updated to stop exploit of throwing cube onto button.
also if traped by button, destroying the cube will turn off lower laserfield.
if you keep a laser in the laser catcher, you can re-aquire the cube. (tested)
thankyou for your help again :)

Almost too simple compared to Simple turret problem 10 :). I just had to follow the road all naturally . I found the deployment of turrets that you seem to master.
I'll repeat for fun. thumbs up.

Oh, yeah, I just built one map recently, if you want to try it : ^^

I've uploaded my blind run and didn't post it right away. Thus not sure if it is useful after you made some updates.

sounded good, in theory.
but just adding the connection prevented the map being built or published.
so I did it anyway, by deleting the light by the button.
thankyou for your feedback.
if you leave a link to 1 of your maps.
I will add it to my list.

What about deactivating the fizzler after the player placed the cube on the button? Will that break somthing later in the map?
mood3rd  [author] Feb 27, 2013 @ 3:42pm
thankyou for your feedback.
I just re-tested, due to your feedback.
the 1st time, the same problem.
the 2nd, I made sure to clear the fizzler, both ways, & success.
I had made an update, adding the top half of the laser field.
because players were going there, without using the laser catcher 1st.
if you test again & still have problems, clearing the fizzler.
I could lower the fizzler ?
had to also make a lot of portable areas, non-portable, due to exploits.
the turrets survival rate varies. but I have got it so they survive most of the time.

Really nice way to deploy turrets! Sadly I just killed myself after "opening" the exit ^^" I was able to jump over the fizzler + laser field with the cube (after reversing the funnel) then I placed the cube on the cube button which opened the way to the exit... But when I wanted to come back, I was forced to walk through a fizzler, and doing that the laser field was reactivated and I died XD Did I do something wrong ?
