Fortify Alchemy and Enchanting Swap
What this mod does:

Armor: Fortify "Magic School" increases the power or duration of the spell, but also increases the cost. This can be enchanted on armor(except Robes), helmet, rings, and necklaces,

Robes: Fortify "Magic School" increases the power or duration of the spell and lowers the cost and increases magicka regeneration. The can only be enchanted on Robes.

College Robes: Fortify "Magic School" increases the power or duration of the spell and lowers the cost and increases magicka regeneration and increases skill rate by 25%. This enchantment can not be learned, and only exists on college robes.

Potions: Fortify "Magic School" lowers the magicka cost to cast spells for a short duration.

Fortify Restoration glitch to get enchantments in the millions of percents has been fixed. Fortify Restoration no longer affects the 5 fortify magic school enchantments, including itself.

Please report any problems you discover and I'll try to fix them.

This mod is part of my Mage Power Shift Collection. These are all intended to work together to create fresh and exciting spell casting gameplay compared to vanilla without becoming overpowered or stale.

Huh... never used the fortify skill potions so didn't know that.

In vanilla Skyrim, if you drink a fortify restoration potion, your enchantments got stronger.

I think this mod might have a similar issue to the one spell skill scaling had. When I equip items that fortify my restoration skill, enchantments increase on items. For example, I equip master restoration robes and the amulent fragment I got from Sarthall increases the amount of mana it gives me.

Update fixes unique enchantments.

I'll check about that,

Not sure if this is intentional, but the mask Vokun, it says decrease mana cost of Conjuration, Illusion, and Alteration by 20%. But it's increasing power/duration by 20% and increasing mana cost by 20%. I personally think that special items like that one should be left unafected.

Get TES5Edit and open it and load all of your mods at once to easily see what mod changed the value.

I didn't change that.

As this is the only mod changing anything alchemy-related at the moment, may I ask a favor? Could you check to see if you changed the value for "Ingredients Per Harvest"? You may have accidentally added an extra 1 in the data field there...
