Like when you use SFM, you have that little fizz, but when you taken a Picture looks great

if you enable Bokeh DOF and Light, you get a (laggy) super fun strobe light dance party!

That must mean your PC does not support special technology it uses.

How do I enable the motion blur because for me in the settings its faded out and wont let me enable it
