For the keyboard "Up":
In the "test variable" dialogue box, input:
Variable: y
Value: 24
operation: greater than
next action:
under move tab, select "Jump to position" and change y to -2, click relative.
The same goes for the other directions, just exchange the variable to x for left and right, and you can use the variable room_height-120 for the bottom, or room_width-32 for the right side.
For the big tall long room, you have to change the value to view_yview+32 or +360
