I disagree. When, for example, Helios deals damage to your opponent during their turn, their BCM can't redirect the damage, because it's your card, and therefore you are dealing the damage to your opponent.

By the same logic, since Psiclops is (in the situation I described above) my card, I'm dealing damage to myself, and BCM should work.
qbicfeet was not saying how the card should be written, but why the reported card behavior was not a bug. If you want it to work, Psiclops should have the keyword "take" for the side owning BCM for BCM to trigger.

And yeah, I agree this is not very clear.

Prince Hingst + Lemon has been fun to play so far, but 4 turns is really a lot of time to wait. At least it's a near-guaranteed 6 damage when you pull it off.

I don't know if Lemon with duration 3 would be too strong. 2 is really super short and only allow for one activation (without Passel).

b03 changes, I hope I'm not missing anything:
  • BCM X has no arrows and 4 duration
  • BCM has 3 duration
  • Cyber Jenny is duration 3
  • Dumped X is on Resolve 1 now, is Rare (2 copies), and can target all cards
  • Helios and Remedy are duration 2
  • Simulacrum X gives shield whenever you take 3
  • Wash-Olof is fixed
I think a slightier nerf like disarding a card for Dumped X would have been better, I think the game needed the instant removal, the issue was that it was without any drawback.
But perhaps it will be ok now that it's in 2 copies. Let's playtest !
Aside from that I like the changes
I forgot that while testing in a hurry

Just playtested it, it doesn't work. The transformed cards don't trigger Jenny Lemon's effect. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional.

Yes, there was some cards that rotate themselves (Turnip), and other that rotate a target card (Zero)

I've managed to do precisely that. I wonder if it is the resolve order of the cards that determines it.
Just tried both playing The Biggest Fan left and right of another card with the matching arrow; doesn't activate it in both cases.

(insert thin brag here)

Notice how quickly the opponent's life disappears once Simulacrum X hits the field. There is a serious balance issue with this card.

I don't understand at all the nerf of Fishbun + Ultra Mechabun, and the removal of Fishbun Pileup. This archetype didn't need to be nerfed at all :/

And yeah, Apathetic Frog needs more love, this playstyle could be a lot of fun if it was viable enough.

Here's my two cents:

• Helios / Remedy + Passel is even more powerful with the +1 duration. The fact they need to be activated is nice, though it's simply circumvented by playing Blueprints in addition to Passel and Key X (but at least it takes you one turn of setup, which is a good thing).

• An example of how good Blueprint can be on turn 1: https://image.prntscr.com/image/ecivaoCgRfy68Zkjj7_keA.jpg

• As kevin said, the change of Simulacrum X makes Business Casual Man / Helios / Remedy even stronger than before. The only remaining universal removal is the far too strong Dumped X. There is a need of a decent silencing card at the very least. Simulacrum X, on the other hand, is now a BCM-like card, which completely ruins the point of reducing BCM from 3 copies to 2. Instead of having BCM 1 / BCM 2 / BCM 3, you now have BCM 1 / BCM 2 / SimX.

• I found myself resorting to cards like Ancient War (X) because of said lack of silence cards, because that's one of the very few good answers to Passel combos.

• Metonym now reads: deal 2 damage, if you have BCM: activate to deal 3 damage, if you have SimX: activate to deal 4 damage.

• Plasma Hydra is absurd with the new Simulacrum X. The first guy to set up the combo is usually going to win the game.

• Princess Remedy is better than in b01, but I think this is a good thing, makes the games last a bit longer. Remedy was far from being a staple in the previous version, but I'm now having a hard time not playing her.

• Potato definitely needs a nerf (or at the very least needs to be at 1 copy). Free damage + playing a 22-card deck gives you better odds to draw into Passel / BCM / SimX combos. At least Bomb self-damages if you want to run 19~21 cards (though it's a non-issue once BCM is activated, but it's not a free 1 damage in addition to the advantage of playing a smaller deck).

• Cyber Jenny still reads: deal 3 damage. The fact it's red is not even a drawback (helps activate your red BCM, forces the activation of your own That Guy / Metonym once BCM is activated...). The free damage on draw is just the icing on the cake.

• Mecha Fishbunjin didn't need to be nerfed. The Bun archetype really needed it in its old version.

Here's what I run, with a good win rate atm:
1× Business Casual Man
1× Business Casual Man X
1× Simulacrum X
1× Passel
1× Blueprint
1× Key X
1× Paranoid Fish
2× Plasma Hydra
2× Goddess of Explosions
1× Metonym
2× That Guy
1× Cyber Jenny
2× Helios
2× Princess Remedy
1× Dumped X
1× Ancient War X
2× Potato
1× Bomb

The deck can be inconsistent at times (starting hands like 2 Plasma Hydra / 2 That Guy / 1 Remedy are complete trash), but most of the time you'll get one of the combos out and proceed to win if your opponent doesn't have an answer / doesn't have a BCM / SimX combo out before you.

I noticed the opponent's deck was stored there, so I wondered if the file was actually refreshed during duels...
And it happens that yes, you can see your opponent's hand in snapshot.txt during duels.

Pretty sure some people have abused this (why wouldn't they?).

Can you at least not store this file on the client's side? There's not much interest playing if your opponent can cheat

Yeah, I instantly replaced the third Business Casual Man X with Simulacrum X for that reason

Good decision to restrict the Business Casual Man to 1 copy !

Heart is really weak imo, doesn't kill your opponent faster, doesn't heal you if you draw them on turn 1 / at full health, and there are cards that deal damage with the same arrows / better arrows, AND it's a dead card in your hand when you could have more cards with placement effects instead (like Simulacrum X)

Aside from that I agree with your whole post !
