It wasn't great, but the jumping mechanics worked well in the game and it was just nice to fling myself around in huge environments. But then the game buggered up and didn't let me continue. Not a great loss, but still would've liked to finish it.
So an okay game, with technical issues, cannot recommend.

The gameplay is fine, though it is not what keeps you playing. The surprisingly lovable characters and story is what holds this game together and proves that a couple of rectangles can be part of an interesting and fun journey. The gameplay kind of annoyed me a bit towards the end, especially since most of the puzzles are really easy, but is definitely enjoyable in its brevity for the story alone.

This game is exploring a meta level of interactive storytelling I haven't seen before and probably never will again, but this is a great exploration of what games are capable of. Just play it and make the experience.

It starts as a regular 3rd Person shooter, but what the story develops towards is just amazing. The combat is fine, not great, but it gets the job done. The story is what you should play this for!

Is there anything left to say about this game... Great puzzles, great humor, a bit too short, but that really is the only thing to complain about.

It is nice platforming. It doesn't blow my mind and doesn't reinvent the genre, but it is solid, has a nice color-based combat mechanic, develops organically with the new powers and rewards a bit of exploration, even though the "exploration" is usually pretty obvious. The boss fights are mixed, usually a nice idea, but a bit too much trial and error at times. To get all collectibles one would need to go back through most missions once all powers are unlocked, so that is a bit annoying. However, there is only artwork to unlock, so there is mostly no need to bother.
I'd recommend it for 2D platforming fans, but it wouldn't make my top 5.

Really fun 2D stealth game. All mechanics are introduced well, work well and are really thought through to give different approaches and playstyles for each level. Never too easy, but never nailbitingly hard, except maybe if you really go for the no kill approach. Story is not the focus, but looking back there is a surprinsingly big story told throughout the game and the ending didn't disappoint!

Really creepy and atmospheric. The first half was great, the second half with more physics puzzles and less "story"/stuff happnening was still fine, but didn't draw me in as much. Still definitely worth playing though.

As a lover of Bioware RPG's this was my thing from the start and I played a large amount of time offline, so there is maybe 80 hours of game to be had when going the completionist route. Great epic story, interesting NPC's and party members, so much backstory to each character and place and combat is solid as soon as the micro-management of the party members is optimized. While some enemies get a bit easy towards the end, even a top equipped high level group still has plenty of challenges all throughout the game.

Story and world are great and complex and even after all twists and turns come together in the end in a really unexpected thought-provoking ending. Combat is fun, even though having two sets of each weapon is pretty useless. But with the sky rails and the powers there is a lot of awesome action to be had here. I am not sure whether it is better than Bioshock, but it certainly breaks even in both story and combat.
