I have some questions about this game
1. What is the best character in the game?
2. How do you perform Chun-li's Cyclone Kick?\
3. Do Ryu and evil Ryu have the same moves?

The highest tier character is Akuma, Ryu and Evil Ryu have some same moves, E.Ryu gets the shakunetsu hadoken, and loses 2 EX's.. but he has more powerful Ultra's, he also gains the Raging Demon
