may i just say... I love this game. it is one best games on the pc let alone steam. buy this game. it doesnt cost to much (even less on sales) so i would suggest every steam gamer should own or atleast have played surgeon simulator. this dlc pack gives way more to do! if you have the game buy the dlc!
