I disagree. I beleive that Hitler was the biggest threat to europe as he had the nearly the entirety of Germany supporting him.

In my opinion, it seems that Stalin would be the biggest threat to Europe, as we have already seen his true intentions, as he has spoke publicly about his plans to take all of Europe, his ruthlessness as a leader, prepared to kill anyone that gets into his way, and that he leads the large Russian army, which would allow him to take over Europe with ease. Hitler follows Stalin, as we have seen what he is prepared to do, when he stormed into a meeting with paramilitaries, and we already know his dangerous anti-Semitic views, due to his book 'Mein Kampf', and his goals for military expansion. And Mussolini is last, as it is clear that he is a dictator, but we do not yet know his goals or mindset
