To start, this game feels like an early access game. With all the bugs and lack of content in this game I'm surprised that Nine Dot and Deep Silver gave it the OK for launch. Bugs are especially prevalent in the online coop 50/50 chance you will lose your stuff if you both die, Quests bugging out if more than one player is in the world, one player being ignored by npc baddies (can walk around killing everyone like a boss), losing random gear when loading back into your home world, ect.

The survival aspect of this game feels like its barely there. I only remember its there when a message pops up to remind me to drink from one of my 5 water bags that I can refill almost everywhere with clean water. And food is so abundant that I have never worried about it.

The combat is hard. Not because its challenging, but because it is so horribly clunky. After you roll/use a skill you must wait around 0.5 seconds to do another action. and the staggering aspect of combat is unrewarding at best and completely useless at worst. Add on top of this, that every time you fight an enemy you will burn (burning means you cant recover until you sleep) around 1/10 - 1/15 of your total stamina, and since most dungeons have around 10 guys in them that respawn your ability to fight goes down very fast.

The "story line" is so uninteresting that I don't even care about starting new characters to join the other factions. There is nothing to draw me into whats going on in this world and most of the quests given to you are "go there and kill/fetch."

Every thing I learned about the back story for this game sounds way more interesting then what this game gives us. And I would rather play a game based on that rather than what this is.

They say "You are not a god, nor a chosen one." But all the main quests involve you acting like you are a "God" or "chosen one" whether its you stopping an assassination plot, bringing a bandit gang down, fighting a lich, or fighting a small army of undead. The worst part is that they make all of this boring and tedious as well as unrewarding.

Magic is overpowered. Like, if you learn magic (I'm talking about Rune magic here) you become a God and can one shot most enemies, add on top of that the fact that it is very easy to get 100% manna cost reduction. And if magic is not for you, just place down a bunch of traps and BAM! You win all combat.

"Constant auto-saving means you must live with your decisions" Your choices consist of: Did you Immediately go and do that side quest you just accepted? If not, you failed it. And: Did you die during a main quest? If so, bad things will happen but even then its "meh". That's pretty much it other than choosing your faction.

The worst thing about this game is that there is this beautiful art style that accompanies this boring game. I would love to explore this world but there isn't really anything to learn about it and no benefit to try and find any hidden treasures or secrets. It's so empty and feels so small and at the same time takes forever to go anywhere.

I will say that I like the no fast traveling as well as the way they did the map. It's pretty great that I must use monuments and land markers to find my way around. But with how small this game feels its not that challenging.

So much wasted potential with this game. I wish that they took some more time to add content to this game and polish out the mechanics. I had really high hopes for this game and was very happy that one of my friends bought me a copy of it, but alas, I cant recommend buying this game as it is aptly described as "a yard wide, an inch deep." (that's right, its not even a mile wide.)

PS: What is with the voice acting of this game?! It is horrendous!

This game died when they added the Chinese tech tree.
The Chinese tech tree is just a mash up of every other tech tree, but almost every tank/plane in the Chinese tech tree has better stats than their countries of origin for some reason... This has made match making even more of a hell than it used to be. Every countries tree would have strengths and weaknesses that you could formulate a plan, now that their is a country that has vehicles from every nation this has become much harder. Now you must learn to fight better American/Chinese tanks using standard American tanks or better Russian/Chinese tanks with standard Russian tanks, ect. It also makes it annoying to try and identify friendly tanks vs enemy tanks as they look almost identical aside of a paint job and flag change.

Add on top of that, the fact that some tanks that should have the Taiwanese flag had their flag replaced with the Chinese flag, which is absolutely ridiculous for a game that brags about its "historical accuracy."

Some other problems include:
Match making is horrendous. It's not slow, you can get a game within a few seconds. The problem is with the people you get matched with. This game runs on a Battle Rating (BR) system with tanks ranging from 1.0 - 10.0 with some vehicles fitting in between (eg. 4.3 and 6.7). The way it finds you a match is by matching you with any tank +- 1.0 BR which might not seem like much, but remember that 1.0 is pre-WWII (M2A4) and 10.0 is modern (M1 Abrams). This means that the 1.0 deference is a huge leap in tech and fire power.

No new game types in years! Every ground RB is go and get the capture points. that's it. Sometimes its one point, sometime its three. It gets pretty old.

Maps aren't laid out well with one side getting a clear advantage over the other. It usually ends with one team not being able to make it out of the spawn zones. turning the match into a shooting gallery for one team and a hopeless game you cant leave for the other.

If you like RTS games, then you will love Stellaris. With vast galaxies and a large amount of ingame events, there is a lot to explore. Then, you add on top of that the ability to compleately customize your race, empire, and ships, what more could you want in a RTS? ...War? You want war? Well Stellaris has it! You can plan and use massive fleets comprised of multiple ship-types, using a vast amount of weaponry to bring down your foe. Or, you can use small strike tactics and defensive structures to outlast your opponent making use of the new War Exhaustion system in the game.

All in all, it is a amazing game with lots to keep you entertained for hours (or days lol) on end.
Only downside is the DLC is really expensive for how little they add to/change the game. ONLY BUY DLC WHEN ON SALE.
Total rating 95/100

CS:GO Review
The most important thing to remember while playing this game is that in order to win you must always use one of two weapons:

1. The GayWP (AWP)
2. The AK47

I love this game franchise and plan on getting DS3 when its availible.

Some things that are wrong: (not in any particular order mind you)

1: Some of the enemys in the game seem like they didnt take the time to finish them (the Falconers running animation) or go into great depth to make them unique from other enemys in the game.

2: The CPU Red phantoms range in difficulty from 'Ok that was tough but not to hard' to ' Holy freaking hell!', and are thrown in randomly and without reason. another problem with the CPU phantoms is that they do not symulate a player vs player battle, when your foe can dodge near to (if not) every attack you throw at him, and then when you do hit him and he doesn't flinch and retaliats with a force that would shake the Kings Castle, it becomes a game of chance and/or whimping out, and can no longer be considered a duel.

3: Back stabing animation. When you see it for the first time you're all like 'Oh my gosh that is so freaking cool!', but then, latter down the road you find out how useless it is. If any enemy can dodge it 35% of the time, then we have problem (don't even get me started on this problem and PvP). It just seems that From Softwear did not care about the macanics of this game. So now you can be stuck there acting out the back stab initiation while your foe is rolling away, Yay you!

4: The online play seems to be out of sync. now, my internet is not slow by any standerds (downloading up to 68-75mbs a seconed). There is terable hit boxes (poor job on the FS' part) mixed with cheap servers, and horible back stabing. not to mention the countless people who have played the system and cheat. (Im looking at you lagstabers and over powered dagger user!)

5: It seems that the developers let the title 'Hardest game you'll play' get to their head. DS1 was hard, it was hard in a way that it was challenging and rewarding. but this game just feels cheap compered to that. They took hard at made it tedious, throwing tons of little things at you at a time, all the time. Or making all the normal enemys of the area have insanely high poise. Now, when I make it past a hord of foes, I dont get that fealling of accomplishment that I used to get, I just want to beat it and be done with it.

6: Most of the boss fights are the same with little to no difference in their form of attack or movement.

Edit: It seems that the arenas in the game have the worst connection. I was able to duel my way to full dragon and take its sword for my own, but when I go into the arenas I get murdered left and right. Whether it be a lag stabing, poor player vs player hit box, poor matching system, or cheap servers, I just can seam to win. I won 3/29 matches.

In total: 6/10 I might go back to playing Dark Souls 1
