I bought this game because of the store pic.

Thought it looked interesting, and after beating the game, my opinion hasn't changed. Plot revolves around the protagonist falling in love with a cyclops, who's shy and has been bullied because of her condition. His two friends help him out a little bit after he gets closer to her, and they all become good friends in the end. I really felt that the protagonist was a bit too forward and chatty.

He kept asking all of these questions, in his attempts to be friends with the cyclops, that it came off as cringey to me. It toned down in the later acts, but still, it was awkward and weird. Especially since his friend, Akemi, is supposed to be the chatterbox in the group.

The acts felt short to me, but surprisingly, I managed to finish the game in about two hours. The extras unlocked after beating the game is pretty interesting, as the developer revealed he had time constraints when making this game, and thought about making it a doujinshi.

Which, for those that don't know, is a manga. I highly recommend going through all the extra content after finishing the game, and viewing the epilogue scenes. I don't really have anything bad to say about the game, since this was made during time constraints, but I would like to say that I'll be supporting any future releases by the dev, who made a great game.

Thought the transitions where you had to press enter several times, and going from classroom to the halls, was pretty cute and immersive. I can see some people finding that off-putting though, but regardless, and like most games, it's all up to preference.

Oh, and the game is more of a kinetic novel than anything, which doesn't have choices.
