Future Tone might have just been one of my favourite games of all time. I've poured countless hours into it across multiple versions now and I never get bored and always manage to discover new content.

Mega Mix+ is everything I've dreamed of. Miku on PC at long last, a big selection of my favourite songs and the ability to switch the shader to my one of choice (I prefer Mega Mix's, sorry!) is the ultimate experience and brings one of my favourite titles to the next level. I can't wait to see what modding brings and what fan creativity can be injected into this game.

Weirdly, a few songs that were delisted from Arcade FT are back here, whereas a few available on the PS4 version have received the chop. Strange and perplexing decision, but licensing is like that sometimes.

Only issue of note is there can be random pauses and stutters occasionally when loading new assets in certain songs. Going into Fullscreen has helped resolve it for myself, but others can't report the same. Hopefully this is sorted soon.

Also, Linux and Steam Deck support is absolutely perfect. Miku on Linux is another dream come true.

+ Same great Miku FT experience but finally with injected PC greatness
+ More toggles to tweak the game to your liking i.e. Mega Mix or Future Tone artstyle switch
+ Perfect Linux/Steam Deck compatibility
- Even though a song has been relisted that was removed from Console Future Tone/Mega Mix, 3 have been removed for licensing reasons
- Random stutters and pauses can occur infrequently when loading new assets mid-song, needs addressing

Amazing feature packed game that's become my "lockdown real life replacer" simulator of choice thanks to 2020.

My favourite collectathon of all time given one of the best glowups I've ever seen. Highly recommend if you enjoy the genre, but especially if you're a fan of early SpongeBob. Still gets a good laugh out of me all these years later.
