Initially I was disappointed in this game because when I tried to burn Moscow to the ground it told me I couldn't raze capitals, But then I renamed it Bugs Bunny, and even though Russians make me sad Bugs Bunny makes me happy. So this passes all requirements for my Thumbs Up.
