Not the sort of game I thought I would enjoy, but surprisingly fun. Having the right killer and the right team can make very harrowing but entertaining and rewarding experience.

Loved this game! The art and voice acting are fantastic and it has a great collection of funny, interesting, and odd characters. The characters are what really made the games, especially Detective Grimoire himself and his observations of the strange place he's found himself in. I liked the tie-in plot elements setting the stage for a sequel, too.

That aside, the puzzles were simple and could've stood to be made more challenging. Like the chemistry test mini-game having only three obivious objects to pick from... and you have to do it three times. Still, I did enjoy the sentence-construction puzzles. Those were fun and again, the main entertainment is learning about all the characters.

Fun game, not too difficult on the puzzles and lets you skip if you'd rather just move on with the story. Has some plot holes and not the most exciting story, but does give you a decent amount of areas to explore.
