If I pay 40 dollars for a game and all I can do is speedrun the tutorial because it's the only thing not dependent on the broken servers, then I would say it's not a very good game.

Wait at least a few weeks for the server issues to be fixed. Until then, the game is literally unplayable.

UPDATE: The servers work well enough now, but I still would not recommend this game unless you already have hundreds of hours in Payday 2 are a desperate for more heisting.

An annoying challenge system for leveling up and a lot Quality of Life features from the last game that just aren't here make the game an absolute slog after you've played each heist one or two times.

Wait a year or two before buying.

If you're a Sonic fan, you already have this game. If not, then I would still recommend this game. It runs well, looks great, and controls wonderfully. The level design compliments both gameplay styles and the music is top notch. I would definitely recommend this game any day. Also mods. So many mods.

This is a good game. It might not have some things that many newer FPS games have (such as weapon customization), but that does not really matter. It is fun to mess around with your loadout and become a god of death and destruction by the end of the game. I would recommend this game to any fan of FPS.

How to play PAYDAY 2 in 5 easy steps

1. Find a heist to join
2. Keep getting kicked from heists until you dont get kicked
3. Go through the heist perfectly fine
4. Have everyone get downed by Cloakers at the end
5. Get kicked

In my opinion, this is one of the best multiplayer shooters available today. There is something for everyone, wheter it be tank driving, air battles, support (wether as medic or fungineer), platoon/squad leader, or just walking around shooting people. No matter what you do, you will fall in love with this game and its community, and everytime you boot the game up and join a platoon, you will remeber why.

This game is amazing. There are 4 classes (6 if you count dlc), three difficulties (which you unlock by beating the previous difficulty). That means that, without DLC, you can play through the story 12 times and each time be different. If you buy the GOTY edition, then that just adds more gameplay and more value. I cannot reccommend this game enough to anyone that like shooters, RPGs, or both.
