Don't buy abandoned by dev, how can the alpha run better than the most up to date version? why would you remove being able to change resolution? Then go into every discussion post saying how its a work in progress and to give it some slack but then drop your own game? Atleast let people play it, some heart has been put into this and it really needs to be taken care of by a dev who loves their games.

Prices are vile, this game is 19 years old and they still charge $20 dollars flat? Even on sale I believe it hangs in the 10 dollar range. I can't host a lan party with this classic if I feel like im buying a whole damn pc for all the games!

CD-Keys aren't even safe either! They have high prices too!

Game companies that milk you for every dollar grind my gears, good game, I just refuse to buy more until a price drop is introduced.

nah not me, its boring, plain and simple
have fun sitting there with 5 speed watching stuff being built and realizing its 1850 and you have been watching a screen for three hours straight with nothing to show for it, no enjoyment

Friend gifted to me for Christmas, and just from the little gameplay I have experienced, I can say so far this game is a great in between while waiting for Dwarf Fortress's release. It's not as in depth, but if you wanted a much more easier DF then this might be for you. Will give it a better review when I get more hours, so far looking like a great game.

They ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Voice communication, it has been ruined for almost a year now. They have yet to do anything about it, vc proximity chat was one of the best parts of this game. I am leaving a negative review till they fix this problem.

If you really wanna play it, get it on sale.

Online only servers? Wow great idea, can't wait till they decide we've played it enough and just pull the plug.

Extremely poor quality port, camera movement is awful and can only be done while standing still, ui and everything really is designed for controllers, and even on sale its still 2 dollars! drop down to 99 cents and I could recommend it.

LAN play works and is the only reason I bought it, great fun fighting friends in spy missions :)

Overall would probably not waste time with this one, but if you really like splinter cell or remember playing the multiplayer in the demo and wanted to get some friends together to play, then grab it on sale, no exceptions.

Great work on adding the instant action to the game! Proximity chat would be wonderful but the only problem I have with the game really is the low amount of players. I am still grabbing this for some fun coop at a lan party though, truly unique!

A strange one indeed, an weird inbetween of not being very strategical like rainbow six 3 and not being completely focused on meta and multiplayer like Siege.

Vegas itself is a great location and the maps still linger in my mind to this day with how iconic they are (hours on Calypso)
Siege really missed an opportunity to make a call back to vegas but oh well.

The singleplayer having played raven shield is more story focused and does not involve many grand operations, it usually involves taking your ai teammates (only 2) and breaching another door while you sneak around as they soak up gunfire.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this game on the campaign alone as I felt it was not a fun experience, r63 I enjoyed because of mapping the operation and having it execute flawlessly and the customization of all my operators with very specific tasks, while Siege I enjoyed for its casual fun to get my friends into r6 games.

Vegas is the odd middle child but I still like it for its very fun terrorist hunt, iconic maps, and some pretty fun multiplayer (in its hayday) maybe its just nostalgia?

Playing multiplayer now might be possible, however I don't see any gameranger lobbies up for it, (there might be a discord idk) but lan play is possible for anyone interested.

tldr get it on sale, great maps, some fun coop, multiplayer is great for Lan parties.

A classic.
