Wonderful

I love to farm :)

There is a bug that makes it impossible for me to get past the first 45 minutes of the game. I tried fixing it several different ways, but I am still unable to resolve the issue. Super disappointing.

The Tiny Bang Story is a short point & click game that will allow you several hours of gameplay through the search of hidden objects and the solving of different puzzles.

While the title suggests that there will be a story involved, there isn't really much of one. The entire story is that the world has literally fallen to pieces and you must put them back together. There are five sections of the game that you work through and all the while you must be on the lookout for puzzles pieces that are strewn across all of the different sections of the little world. At the end of each level, you use all of the puzzle pieces that you've collected in that area to continue to put the world back together in the form of a jigsaw puzzle. Other than that, there is very little else in the way of a storyline.

In total, there are twenty puzzles that are unique. There is also the ongoing jigsaw puzzle that I mentioned before to work on throughout the entire game. While a few of the puzzles can be a bit confusing, most of them are able to solved without too much difficulty. They are all generally relaxing to work through, with the exception of those few that are on the more difficult side.

While you are continuously searching for puzzle pieces, you also must search for objects that will allow you to unlock the different puzzles. These objects are usually easy to spot, with a few that are a little on the tricky side. For those that are harder to find, you can use hints that you've earned by collecting little bugs that fly around the world. They saved me from total frustration more than once.

The art style is absolutely charming. I am not usually one for caring too much about the visual art in games but I found the style here to be quite endearing. It surely helps with the overall relaxing atmosphere of the game, along with the gentle music that plays in the background.

This is a must have for all who love hidden object games. I don't often play them anymore, but this brought back the memories I have of playing them when I was younger. I highly recommend it, even at full price.

Virtual Villagers: A New Home is a fun simulation/puzzle game. The focus of the game is keeping your villagers alive, along with completing different puzzles. There are three different difficulties, as well as a pause option in case you're going to be gone for awhile.

The gameplay is pretty simple. You drag and drop the villagers to do your bidding. You'll have to help them learn new skills, such as farming and building, but once they catch on they'll continue to increase in skill on their own. You'll also have to research things to increase your tribe's chances of survival.

The puzzles are all pretty easy to figure out once you have the right things done, so it's pretty family friendly. Each finished puzzle will give you a reward, which will be helpful with various things. There was only one that I couldn't figure out on my own; luck is required to complete it without help. Other than that, I have no complaints about the puzzles.

In the end, It's a super cute game, as well a good way to pass time. I put countless into this game before I bought it on Steam, and I'm sure I'll put in many more.

Wanda - A Beautiful Apocalypse is a touching story about two little robots finding each other in a seemingly lifeless world.

The graphics of the game are a bit old school, but I found myself enjoying them. Some of the animations were super adorable. It kind of reminded me of the cuteness of To the Moon.

Gameplay for Wanda is pretty simple. You use the arrow keys and Z most of the time. During the puzzles, a few more keys are thrown in. I admit, sometimes I forgot which key went to what, but that's more of a personal problem than something wrong with the game.

Now the puzzles in the game are pretty well thought out. I did skip of few of them because I was more into the story, but none of them are unbeatable. The first few are easy, with the rest being a bit more challenging. I'm sure with enough time, anyone can figure them out.

Lastly, the music...the original reason I bought this game. The music is very lovely, and fits in well with the game. Usually I turn off the music for video games and listen to my own, but Wanda isn't really a game you're supposed to do that with. I could listen to the soundtrack all day. It gets a thumbs up from me.

In the end, I really enjoyed the story this game told. So if you like stories and puzzles coming together to form something that makes you think a little, I definitely recommend that you pick this little gem up.

Hook is a short and simple puzzle game, though the levels do get a bit more complex near the end. It's not very challenging, as long as you take your time to think the puzzles through. I'd say it's more relaxing than anything else.

The objective of the game is to pull all of the hooks into their "homes," at which point they will disappear into some other dimension. But if you don't pull them in the right order, they get caught on other hooks. To make sure you trigger the right hooks, you must change the direction of the circuit the trigger is connected to. It's all very simple and easy to understand.

The music for Hook is very soothing. It playing in the background, matched with solving puzzles, is super calming. I could listen to it all day, and never tire of it. It gets two thumbs up from me.

Overall, Hook is a very nice experience. It's definitely worth the price it's asking for. Don't hesitate on picking up this great title.

What more do I need to say?

Super Splatters is a fun physics game that is suitable for all ages. The goal of the game is to set of fireworks by shooting blobs of liquid igniter at them. This is a fairly simple concept, but can be hard to achieve when you reach later levels. As you work your way through the levels, you will unlock new tricks to help you complete your goal. Depending on which gamemode you play on, the tricks will add another layer of challenge to the game. In my opinion, the gameplay is cute and nicely done.

The graphics are very bright and clear. The game is vibrant with color, which makes is very fun to watch the blobs explode all over everything. I don't really care for graphics as much as most people, but I find these ones great to look at. They gets two thumbs up from me.

The music and sound for the game is adjustable, so if you grow tired of it, you can always shut it off. The blobs do make unintelligible noises when they talk in their quirky ways, which I find to be really cute. For most games, I tend to turn the sound off, but I leave it on for Super Splatters, since it's enjoyable to listen to.

The reply value of Super Splatters is moderate. You can go back to finished levels to try to acheive even better highscores than before, which is a definite bonus. And while it is fun to watch the little blobs hurl themselves to certain death, it can become repetitive after awhile. I would recommend picking Super Splatters up during any sale.

Ichi is a very simple, puzzle game. There are sixty different levels to solve, as well as community created content. They range from very easy to very challenging, depending on how much experience you have in this game genre.

The abilIty to create your own levels to share with the world is, like most games that have this feature, often abused. This makes the search for fun, challenging levels a bit difficult at times. Though most of the time you will be able to find easier puzzles, once you work your way past the all of the empty levels. It's not really much of a problem, just a little annoying.

The music can get very repetitive, very quickly. The good news is there is a mute button, so if you don't enjoy it, you can just shut it off.

I really enjoyed this game, and would recommend picking it up anytime. It's already cheap, so you don't even have to worry about getting it on sale.
