A game where you're translating ancient text whilst trying to avoid the impending doom of an eldritch horror? Yes please.

I had a very pleasant time with this game, I'd highly recommend trying it for yourself! The paranoia you'll experience when playing this game is real, and for $5, you can't go wrong.

Early Access Review
Some of the most fun I've had playing a co-op horror game in a long time. So many goofy, scary and downright hilarious moments. Highly recommend it, especially if you've got friends to play with.

Finally got me some time to fully play through My Friendly Neighborhood and man was that an amazing experience! Very charming and the writing in these games never cease to give me a good chuckle.

The gameplay's got that Resident Evil formula with the puzzle solving and back tracking, but it never got irritating with the plethora of shortcuts you unlock as you explore the studio. With multiple endings, difficulties, cheats and modes, you're bound to have a fun time playing through more than once.

John Szymanski did a fantastic job with this game and I hope y'all will consider giving it a purchase. It was a wonderful time!

Early Access Review
I had my eyes on this game for awhile and once I saw it on sale, I quickly snagged it. I gotta say, I should've bought this game full price. I absolutely LOVED the visuals, reminded me a lot of PC classics such as American Mcgee's Alice. The dungeon crawling roguelike gameplay mixed with soulslike combat struck a fine balance between challenging but fair. After dying twice in the first chapter, I got the hang of it and slammed through on my third playthrough and beat it.

Took me roughly 3 hours total, but for the short time I spent on completing the current early access build, I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to seeing the finished product. I plan on playing through the New Game + mode they have to see how far I get.

Overall, highly recommend it. Pick it up on sale or full price, it's worth every penny for what these developers have accomplished.

Choo-Choo Charles is the kind of game you would pass off as just simply being Youtube material. But this game surprisingly had more depth and gameplay variety than I thought.

The whole premise revolves around you navigating the island, completing side missions to unlock weapons and scrap to upgrade your train. While doing this, you must find the three eggs scattered around the island hidden in enemy camps/mines to summon Charles for a final showdown and ultimately defeat him. Very simple concept, but very fun to play through. The tensity when you're just a lowly weak train trying to fend off Charles in the beginning was the best part. While the fear subsides once you're able to quickly shoo him away after getting enough upgrades and weapons midway through the game, traveling on foot still remained very dangerous and you'll be doing it quite often.

Overall, I highly recommend it. Game length is perfect and doesn't overstay it's welcome. While I would say the $20 price tag is a bit hefty for the two and a half hours I spent beating and 100%ing it, I still think it's worth picking up if it goes on sale for roughly $15 in the future.

One look at this game and I dismissed it at first, then I saw some folks giving it such high praises online that I had to know what the fuss was all about. Safe to say I was not disappointed.

The bullet hell style of gameplay with the amount of upgrades you get is just super satisfying. Plenty of character unlocks, power up progression and achievements to acquire. Usually these kinds of games seem completely out of my niche, but I've been catching myself craving to drop work and jump back into Vampire Survivors. Highly recommend giving it a shot, scratches that Castlevania itch and works as a good time killer when you're just chilling in calls with friends.

Meet Richard. Richard had to solo an enemy raid while the whole colony was gathered around supporting a mother during childbirth, barely saved two colonists from a near death experience and continues to get emotionally bashed by his people for trying to romance anyone until, what I can assume, is a colonist started dating him out of pity.

DLC's great, but the price not so much. Still highly recommend it though! Adds some really cool features that the base game lacks, hence why I ended up buying it at full price.

Like the original, but better. New visuals, improved sound design, better AI, more balanced difficulty (RNG's still a pain at times, but that's the nature of this game, so I'll let it pass), additional modes to play through and plenty of achievements for completionists.

Overall, this is a really solid experience and with no price of admission, there ain't no harm in giving it a try. If you enjoy Classic Remastered, I'd definitely recommend snagging Baldi's Basics Plus! It's such a gem and I genuinely cannot wait to see it get more content in the future!

Haven't gotten much time to spend on the game yet, but I'm absolutely loving it. Only gotten through the first zone's boss, but so far the gameplay feels fun and intuitive with a charming cast of characters and I'm all for this game.

All in all, I'd definitely recommend picking Frogun up during it's juicy launch sale. 5/5
