My username comes from my FM handle back when I used to broadcast live on air as a DJ/radio host. Playing a variety of music and hosting the occasional guest! As I am Dutch by heritage, and broadcasted regularly, it only seemed appropriate.

Unfortunately, I no longer broadcast on FM and instead work in public service and freelance photography/photojournalism. Regardless of that, I primarily enjoy multiplayer games and specific to that: shooters (with a few exceptions). I'm a massive fan of Squad, where I've dedicated a ridiculous number of hours to flying [imgur.com].

I like to think of myself as fairly friendly, however, time limits my ability to remain connected online. A friend request may not be reciprocated, but I do try to make an effort to connect with others while playing!

It's late, driving through the woods on a bumpy dirt road...

                     Your headlights provide the only light in the otherwise completely absorbing
                          blackness of night. The trees seem to lean in and over you as you drive,
                        their ungodly height vanishing skyward: out of reach of your high beams.

                          The total silence, apart from the sound of tires on dirt and the occasional
                                           groan of metal as you bounce around, is disturbing.

                          Your radio sends crackles and pops into the dead air as you begin to spin
                                          its dial, frequencies flying by on the dimly lit display.

                         There! That sounded like something! You spin the dial back, more slowly
                               this time, watching the numbers on the little LCD display tick back
                                                                        until you hear...
