Yes, yes, yes. Best 25$ I've spent on a video game in a long time. Of course, the comparison to Ace Combat will be made, but Project Wingman is similar yet different to Ace Combat in all the right ways. Project Wingman is its own animal, creating a unique story, setting, and even gameplay that certainly feels like Ace Combat, but even improves upon it.
The game is all round excellent, but here's some specific things I loved:
-Y'know what I hate? Having to leave half-way through missions to re-arm. Y'know what doesn't have that? Project Wingman
-RAILGUNS. And not just in the player's hands like AC7, but in the enemy's. The massive amount of railgun fire was a really interesting challenge for flying and spiced up this game, making its appearance extremely distinct. Maneuvering between stream upon stream of railgun fire is a really fun challenge, and is one of the ways that this game sets itself apart from "fly in, shoot stuff, fly home."
-Characters. Now, the characters aren't the most memorable I've ever seen, but at least I know who's who. Ace Combat 7 had a huge problem with putting you with like three different squadrons and expecting you to be connected each and every pilot by the end of the game. Project Wingman has a much smaller cast of main characters, which really helps the player actually recognize characters. And, each character was somewhat distinct.
-Great dialogue! There were times I absolutely loved the way that certain characters talked. I'm looking at you, Diplomat screaming at Crimson to shut up.
-Prez. That is all.
-OST. Jose Pavli is an excellent composer and matches this video game wonderfully. I'll never not get jitters from hearing "Showdown." Bravo, Mr. Pavli
-Arcade style: Listen, if you're buying this to get a flight sim, you've made the wrong decision. If you've bought this game because you want an action-packed game that recognizes that explosions, and railguns, and planes, and dogfighting are all cool, you've come to the right place. This game just relishes in the simple fun of dogfighting.

Part of me is just venting from how much I love this game. I can't wait to see if PW team decides to continue with it. Buy this game. It is so worth it.

Nice lil' turn-based strategy game with a fun setting and glorious hats. Worth the price.

Probably one of the best bare-bones survival games out there. You'll find that your greatest enemy is not zombies, or uncivilized fellow players, or even wolves (which are in the game), but is the unrelenting assault of the merciless cold.

I've nominated this title for the "Best Environment" award because of, well, it's amazing environment. It uses a unique art style that emphasizes the bleakness of survival, and I love it. I suggest you nominate this game as well.

Take notes, AAA developers; this is how an FPS should be done.

Although I personally enjoyed Last Light a bit more thanks to it's amazing stealth mechanics, it would be a crime to forget the original. And by original I don't mean the...well, you know what I mean.

The plot was interesting and always hair-raising. I played this on survivor and thoroughly enjoyed the surprises that took place. Even on the last mission when I ran out of filters. Post-apacolyptic games are so prevelant, yet this game does it very well.

This game has swearing. A lot of it. But somehow, even as a Christian, I enjoyed it. It seemed like it helped grasp the situation more. Setting aside the bullet-sponge mechanics, this game is very realistic. At least plot wise. If humanity was driven to such a point, I believe they would act just like this.

No "last hope". No unity. Just chaos. Humanity sucks.

Words cannot express how much I love this game. For one, it made me realize why I like owls in the first place!

Plot: Amazing. The story is creative, with plenty of great twists and turns I didn't ever expect.
Setting: Wonderful and beautiful. A great place to put a society of owls is of course, in the sky! Owlboy does this quite well.
Characters: Deep and hilarious, the many characters each have a backstory and a reason to fight. It's interesting seeing how motives change throughout this game as you discover what your friends are actually like.
Music: Oh, man. This was wonderful. Each track is different yet all are charming and a blast to listen to.

I got this game in a bundle, yet I would feel fine paying the full price for this masterpiece. Buy it.

As an official resident of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, I can verify that this game will mess with your mind no matter where you're from.

So, you haven't had an existential crisis? Get ready.

You need to nominate this for "Villain most in need of a hug" right now.

Hug yourself.

A great little point-and-click adventure game about how to stop Communism from ending the world through time travel.

Definitely my type of game.

In comparison to another famous tactical terrorist-vs-counter-terrorists shooter...

Insurgency has...
-MUCH more tactical gameplay
-Community ten times better, with people that actually want to win the game
-No Harambe, Cyka Blyat, the Illuminati and other "dank" memes
-No crap skins, traders, scammers, and people inspecting their knife to look cool.
-Interesting game modes that take a bit of thought to understand.
-Mic spammers? Occasionally, but you can only hear them when they're up close, which is great.
-The Sterling Submachine gun. I mean c'mon. How can you not buy a game with the Sterling?

Overall, Insurgency is an amazing game, and is a breath of life in comparison to other mil-shooters of today. And, it is amazingly cheap for its quality.

Great game, and I'm looking forward to buying Day of Infamy.
