All this game needs is more of everything, which I assume is what the EA period is for. Even then, for $12, you're getting a game you could play for hours right now. Fun and functional, if these guys vanished tomorrow, I wouldn't really mourn my investment, there's enough here.

This game rips. 100 hours in and they're not even done making the damn thing. I've been playing since there was half the content and I thought it was fine then. Updates are like a firehose of content. The bizarre combination of ambient and relaxing mining mixed with any minute 50 bugs bursting out of the walls and eating your face just works. If you like coop games like Left 4 Dead or World War Z, but with a heavy emphasis on class and "doing your role", this is the game. And like I said, they're not even done yet.

Update: Still the best.

This game acts like it doesn't want you to play it, but when you pry its secrets from its unwilling hands, you'll find one of the best gaming experiences you've ever had. Bought a second copy for my phone so I could play it more often.

This game is totally rad. If you like the "tap brake then back on gas to drift" style racer, there is plenty of thumb brutalizing fun to be had here. Great retro graphics, old school feel with tight modern controls. Plenty of modes including 4 "cup races" and a great marathon sprint vs increasingly harder opponents. At $10 it's a no brainer. On sale, you need to have your head examined if you pass on it, if you like an arcade, not at all realistic racer.

Runs poor on a higher end system. Combat is terrible. Would have been better without combat at all. Stealth doesn't work sometimes. Had to restart checkpoints for errors about 4 times. Graphics aren't terrible, but there are clipping issues. Frame rate at sub 30 makes you feel even slower than your character is. Stamina is terrible. I'll give it a couple things, there was one pretty awesome jump scare, the score sounds kind of Silent Hill-esqe, some of the art was cool. I got it in the Humble Monthly, so I'm not too sour, but $20 is insane.

This game has a coop campaign. It's pretty great playing with 4 other people.

There is a lot of non-MOBA fun to be had in this game in addition to its "main" mode. Personally I play mostly the story missions which remind me of missions from the Syndicate shooter from a few years back. Sort of like 20-30 minute raids with objectives, mini bosses, and a multi phase final boss. Meltdown is a blast when people play it right (kill creeps, players not so much) and the capture the flag varient is pretty straight forward if you want a more traditional shooter game type. For what it's worth I like the MOBA-esqe mode as well even though I don't really like the average MOBA very much. The characters are varied a lot, so any type of playstyle you like there will be a few characters you can get behind.

This is showing up as a new release on the main page and the early access banner has been removed. I don't know if it's a store error or something less on the level, but the addition of a discount is suspicious. In game it still shows an early access banner and a 0.8.1 patch number. There has been no "final update" and it is no different than it has been for a month.

Old review:
A fun attack and defend game. A good amount of gadgets and guns. With more rounds and maps on the way, it's a cheap fix for this type of game. Plays well on a newer system and for an E.A. game it is very playable in its current state.

For people who like Hobo With a Shotgun, Troma, Astron 6, Adult Swim, or just general over the top violence and sleaze. It is all that. Action porn of the finest quality. At 31 minutes it features more action than all of Michael Bay's movies combined. If they made this into a full feature length film it could contest for best action movie of all time.
