Answers the question:
"What if Resident Evil had been made by unabashed, unrepentant pornography aficionados?"
(Mind you, that's not a complaint!)

It's the original game, but revamped for the new millennium!
The graphics are cleaner and sharper, the units are smarter about moving, the controls are more comprehensive, and now there's even CAMERA CONTROL!!! The user can now zoom in and out, plus rotate AND raise or lower the viewing angle, something I wished so hard the original could do. Another great thing is there can now be more than ten units in a group. Anyone who has played the PS1 version knows that was one of the biggest handicaps to timely mission completion. Well, now that limitation is gone! If you remember the original fondly, or are just a fan of C&C-type or post-apocalypse style games, I highly recommend getting this one. Added bonus: IT'S FREE TO PLAY!!!

Yes, you start off fairly weak compared to the Titans.
Yes, the starting equipment kinda sucks.
That's where a thing called "perseverence" comes in.
Do survey missions first to build character skill and obtain funds for better equipment. Old stuff is not useless, you can use it to fortify higher-grade equipment for even better performance.
Again, "perseverence". You just have to keep playing.
One of the biggest advantages (imo) is the ability to play missions over and over and over ad infinitum, which lets you farm materiel AND funds AND xp relatively feasibly, plus giving the player the opportunity to earn better completion ratings if your first runthrough wasn't quite good enough for you.
Happy slaying!

What can I say about the DEEP SPACE WAIFU series that hasn't already been said about the seemingly-random-scrolling top-down 2D bullet-hell shooter genre that hasn't already been said?
Only this: YOU GET TO SHOOT THE CLOTHES OFF OF EVERY HOT HORNY LADY YOU MEET!
This includes even the one on your team, but unfortunately this only happens in the final stage of DSF:WORLD, but I like to think she's worth the wait and effort

Any fan of bullet hell and female nudity is sure to enjoy this series, especially in "one-hand mode"!

I'm a monstah, I'm a mo-monstah!

But seriously, you get to BE THE MONSTER! There are really too few games like this.
CARRION places the player in the role of an incredibly lethal creature that escapes from its containment and wreaks havoc in a research facility. Along the way, it consumes the staff and gains new abilities in its quest to attain its ultimate freedom. This thing is positively Lovecraftian in its look, movement, and abilities.
At its core, this is a puzzle/adventure game in a blood-soaked skin. The eating action is appealingly visceral, and the motility and prehensile tentacles are SO CREEPY; at a playtime of only ten minutes I was irrevocably hooked. My favorite effect so far is eating people alive!

Early Access Review
You're stranded on a hostile alien planet and your task is to build a starship to get yourself the hell off this rock and back home. You'll mine resources, build supply and manufacturing chains, and research the technologies you'll need to take the next step toward your goal and defend yourself from the indigenous lifeforms. It can get tedious at times, but perseverance and action will win the day!

I got my first achievement: "Acceptance", which is choosing the name Douchebag for myself. I actually entered ♥♥♥♥ Fartz, which imo is funnier, but I just clicked yes when asked.
On a gaming note, this thing is really funny, it's almost like actually being in a SP episode. The combat system took me a while to get used to, but once I did it became a lot more fun. The quests take you all over the town and (so far) seem like they can get pretty convoluted, so I'm glad the Quest Tab has a really user-friendly interface.
I think SP fans will really enjoy this game; for my part, I'm looking forward to finishing and then playing "The Fractured But Whole" :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

"The all characters shown in the game are all over 18 years old."

...wait, does that mean that they were drawn over 18 years ago?
