So good that i stopped paying for Xbox game pass and bought the game outright, Got over 100 hours on XBOX game pass, and this game deserves so much love and attention.

TL:DR
After Playing through this to the end, i have to say that this one of the best games i have played in the last few years. It was an extremely satisfying game with an immense sense of atmosphere and intrigue. Despite a few bugs, some repetition in the gameplay and the graphics not being of triple-A quality, the game looked and ran beautifully. The game will grip you throughout and your choices do make an impact on the story.

Positives:
The game ran very smoothly, staying consistant for the majority of the time, with only a few framedrops at loading screens within levels.

the game did drop framerate a couple of times, but the game overall did still run smoothly.

The graphics were gorgeous, especially considering that this game came from a smaller development team to most
triple-A developers.

The voice acting was perfect, and each character in the game sounded unique and felt like there own person.

The gameplay was extremely fun, with a mixture of point-and-click and 3rd/1st person exploration.

There was plenty of diversity in the gameplay, providing much more depth to the game, and if you found something just too hard or boring, you can always skip it, which is a nice option to have.

The puzzles all took thought to accomplish, which felt very rewarding once you figured them out.

The game didnt hold your hand, but it gave you subtle hints that you could always refer back to. you felt like you were in control of what you found.

The conclusions and deductions web was an absolutely amazing system. i spent hours just going over all the facts in the cases to make sure i arrested the right person. it sometimes led to some very tough decisions.

Negatives:

The mini-games, whilst some of them fun, and definately providing a diversity in the gameplay, felt almost like they were padding out the game, and i found that some of them started to repeat for no reason. thankfully the skip button is there as an option.

i found the stealth elements a little clunky, and sometimes i would be spotted when i was clearly not visable to anyone.

There were too many qte's for my liking, and some of the combat was just frustating instead of fun.

FInal conclusion:

This game was extremely refreshing. it gripped me from start to finish, and i would be thinking about the cases after i had completed them. I only wish there were more cases to solve in this game, but i am not complaing at all. Despite a few bugs, slight frame drps, and some sections that admittedly were very repetitive, i am extremely impressed with this game. I hope to see more of the Sherlock Holmes franchise from now on, and i will be going and playing some oft

overall: 9/10 - a near perfect game with a few problems that hindered the otherwise amazing experience. despite being flawed, was worth the money i spent and converted me to a fan of this genre of game.

First of all, Paladins is NOT an overwatch rip-off, as I own overwatch myself, and yes some character designs are similar, but the gameplay feels completely different. Now that thats out of the way, on with my review of PALADINS.

Paladins is a team-based hero shooter where teams of unique heroes battle for control over a point and then deliver a cart to the enemy teams base. The heroes in Paladins all feel completely different from each other with unique abilities that allow for many varying styles of play. The heroes themselves can be changed with the use of load-outs and cards that can be upgraded to create an almost infinite level of customization.

The Games free-to-play model is absolutely incredible, with each character costing between 5000-7500 coins. However it is very easy to get coins in the game. Every time you level up as a character you get 500, plus about 500 coins for each match you play. After about an hour of play you will already be able to unlock your first character. The only things in the game that you can spend money on are skins and cases, and even then this system is fair, as you can still get the premium currency through playing the game. Cases in the game are also available through leveling up, each time you increase your general level, you get a case, a system that is very fair.

Every day you log in, you get currency, for the first 5 days you get coins, but in the last 2, you get premium currency. It allows you to buy premium items without the need to spend a cent on the game.

In general, Paladins is a game that is brilliant, while not nearly as polished as a game like overwatch, it has the potential to be one of the best free-to-play games on steam, seeing as it is already an exceptionally fun and addictive game, only having the potential to improve.

back in the day this game was the bomb!!! i played a lot of it, and i even spent my fare share of money on this game. Then one day a new company took over, and all of a sudden i just couldnt play the game any more. not because the gakme was bad, in fact the new developers had imporved gameplay. Why do i not play anymore? because when the new developers took over, i lost all my items i had spent money on. I asked them for the items back, but there was no response. i asked for money back, no response. I then tackled steam, but of course i didnt get a refund. it was at this point that the bad taste in my mouth could never be washed away.

I will say one thing, this game has amazing gameplay, it is fast-paced, fun and engaging, but i would take caution with micro-transactions in this game, as you could potentially lose items like i did. I personally would reccomend this, but the experience i went through just annoyed me so much that i have just cant recommend it, though by all means pick it up if you wanted a good first person shooter with a fair business model and engaging gameplay.

Honestly the best stealth game in recent memory, certainly up their with thief and beats the hell out of assassins creed.

holy crap, this game is amazing. was expecting just GTA set in a school, but it is so much more than that. i cant explain everything, all i can say is that if your a fan of gta-esque games, open-world games or even jsut 3rd person shooters, this is a seriously good game that any gamer should have in there collection of games.

best multiplayer game of 2015 in my opinion, phenomenal gun-play, amazingly fare free-to-play system, brilliant comedy and a great variety in maps. if you want to play something that has almost no catches, is fresh and exciting, but with familiar mechanics, and a game with a great aesthetic, then go and download dirty bomb. thank you for reading this little reccomendation, now stop reading this review and be prepared to play dirty.

by far the best game i have ever played, amazing levels, amazing gameplay and the story itself is extremely well done, while there are some bugs, they never ruin the game for a moment. the only game i would truly give a 10 out of 10 for this game. the best stealth game out there.

amazing game, played the other day for a family reunion and we have never had that much fun together in ages. thank you jackbox games, you guys have brought me and my family closer :)
