I liked this game because it seems to play out just like a feature film. The story revolves around a very famous writer known as Alan Wake, his wife, Alice, his co-worker and partner, Barry, He has written lots of stories. His final one though has seen to take a life of it's own. Alan starts to witness events in reality the same way they play out in the story. So what happens next??? See what happens when Alan goes face to face with The Taken when you download the game from Steam!!!

An obsessed painter wanting to paint his wife that passed. Wife comes back looking for revenge. This is a story called Layers Of Fear (horror). You play as the painter. You enter an innocent house and go through the story. As you play through the game, things start to change throughout the house. You start to see things, hallways change, rooms change as you start to slowly lose your mind.

In Inheritance (an added adventure) you play as a child talking about your dad the painter. You walk through the same house and you start to remember what happened there earlier. I like this game as things change as you're playing it.

Well 1 and 2 wasn't so bad...but how are you running with terror?? The developers went a whole new route with this one. How is this one different? A robot jumps out at you right off the bat (as far as I know you can't stop him) but then the night keeps going. You're trying to catch your breath from that one attack and then things fail. Other scary moments: in the window in front of you, you may occasionally see robots walking up to your door or even looking straight at you. One time you get blocked by one. Your goal: to survive from 12 AM to 6 AM. Good luck.
Night 1: Got through it. Make sure to use this night to look at your new controls. It's quiet.
Night 2: The robots are active. You can make noises throughout this night and that worked for me. Got through it.
Night 3: It's faster here on out. Got to 4 or 5 am. Robots had their revenge, Stuffed me in a trash can.
Night 4: Unknown
Night 5: Unknown

I'm still playing this as of right now and I played the CD version so I'm familiar with the story. I would recommend the game but if this is unfinished as other people say I would definitely get on that. This game is too great to have that kind of flaw. Other than that I give the game itself a high mark. This is the Steam version and I would definitely make that move so it matches the CD version.

For hardcore gamers I wouldn't recommend this one however. Little action happens and you're just walking around and talking to people...sometimes solving puzzles as well. For me I like it.

No Oculus Rift with me, the experience was VR and kindof short. Hey, keep experimenting with this though. I'm glad I have a little bit of this. I like those VR worlds. It's kindof like Body Wars at Disneyworld.

You have any other demos like this? I'll play them.

Eh. I like this game because of the storyline but so far it's slow on my PC. Haven't tried everything as of writing this review to make the gameplay faster. I'll tinker with it. It's such a good story I won't say anything just get the game. If you have Wii grab it.

Right now it's all Matrix style for me. Leon crashes through windows super slow and the glass flies out (not bad lol) but I'll work on speeding this up. Anyway get the game. It's half game half movie.

Freddy's is back with double the scares. More audio animatronics, no doors, double the scares as the robots line up in the hallway sometimes ready to pounce on you. Keep some away by flashing your flashlight in their eyes rebooting their systems or disguising yourself as one of them. You get a free head this time. When a robot comes in flip this head on, this will confuse them for a while. Balloon Boy is the Chica for this one as he calls the other robots by laughing real loud inside your office. The old Chica robot seems to be there as well however. WOW.

Latest Attempt: Still working on night 2.....Balloon Boy keeps on sneaking in and as far as I know there's no way to get him to leave so he laughs loudly at me and calls old Foxy to sic me. If Balloon Boy gets to your office your turn is pretty much done. You'll hear him occasionally say hi or hello just to scare your pants off. Check the vents, check the hallway with your flashlight, keep the music box wound up and each night double your speed. I would suggest on night 1 working on your routine right then. You may have a chance. Hint: Keep the music box all the way wound up if you can but expect some characters to visit you anyway. If you hear GLUMP GLUMP GLUMP or something like that the robots are on the move.

Update: Somehow I managed night 3 but I doubt I can push past that. I somehow like that when you up your game and get better the robots sense this and respond according to you. It's almost like you have to match what they do to go on.

It's a nice place, Freddy's. In the day. You're on the night shift working as a guard. The audio animatronics there entertain the kids fine but they are in a bad mood while you're working there. Their message at night is ASSAULT THE GUARDS. Which means you are going to get it. This game is a horror type survival game. Do you have enough guts and wits to outsmart them for five nights? Close your doors (keep them open mostly to conserve power), check your lights, check your camera feeds. Every night the robots grow hungry for you. When it gets to be nights 4 and 5 the robots are really tired and pissed. If you're not on your toes by then...goodbye.

Robots: Bonnie (rabbit) scares the ♥♥♥♥ out of you
Chica (duck) drains your power by staying outside your door forcing you to close it
Freddy (fox) scares you-waits in stage area called Pirate Cove (keep your cam feed on him to keep him away)

Are you ready?? You better be!!!!!!! Latest Attempt: Night 4

(Hint: Want to stay alive...don't check your camera feeds other than Foxy. Expect all of them to come for you and they will. To keep Foxy off your tail, do check his feed in Pirate Cove which is the theater. Try to do this from Night 2 onwards if you can. Bonnie and Chica are both arriving your way anyway. Bonnie will quickly scare you and Foxy might also while Chica will just stick around. If the theater curtain is open, HOT PEPPER MODE.)

I liked this game although there is no save option. I would add this in for this game if you can. Having a game with no save option might turn players off. But I would risk it anyway. This game follows a story and there is a lot of text involved but it will draw you in. Day breaks on a island with you and three other people. Night may come quick and a mysterious item called The Moon Sliver has been placed inside a church nearby....I think. What will happen to your group once night falls?? Will the stress of the island get to them?? Will The Moon Sliver haunt them all?? Find out buy the game!!!

Once upon a time there was a man named Stanley. Stanley had his own game and his own demo. Stanley would sit at his desk writing review after review of his own games using a utility on his computer named Steam. Stanley had no idea what Steam was all about but he knew there had to be Steam users out there that wanted to play his game. One day Stanley got tired of writing reviews and wanted to write his own reviews about his favorite food: pizza. So Stanley explained that he enjoyed cheese pizza. He would dial up his favorite pizza restaurant and order it every single week. Stanley didn't mind the possibility of being a little plump although he was watching his figure quite closely. In the end however Stanley did write a review for his game after all, he just didn't know it. His game, The Stanley Parable is all about making choices. It's about a story. As Stanley enjoyed his cheese pizza he sent out that review instead never knowing that he still was doing his job. And ir's my job as the narrator to tell you to go and buy his game. I'll be quite happy.
