The beautiful art style and music of this game was worth it alone. The dialogue between characters is creative given the rhyming parameters that are maintained throughout the game. I didn't mind that it requires uplay, I think it would be a shame to miss out on the game just for the inconvenience of uplay.

I love the atmosphere and unique art of the game. The idea of solving puzzles with shadows was interesting and easy enough to navigate. I really enjoyed both the storytelling and the mechanics of the game and would recommend it to anyone who likes indie/puzzle games.

This Nancy Drew game had a great atmosphere and an interesting cast of characters in addition to the storytelling. The paranormal aspect of the game was spooky without being corny and the action started off right away. There was a lot of interesting dialogue and plenty of independent exploring with a lot of new locations and surprises along the way. I really enjoyed Ghost of Thorton Hall and I think it was sufficiently challenging without being overbearing about it. I'll definitely be revisiting this one!

(As a sidenote, I would not recommend buying this game if you don't have windows installed on your mac, because like many others here, I was given an application error on startup. I was able to play it on windows without any problems.) This game has an interesting and mysterious plot that is enhanced by actions of the other characters in the game. I think that this is a relatively fast-paced game and is a bit more spooky than some of the others. There are a lot of sudoku and other number puzzles that I thought were a lot of fun, but those aren't for everyone. One thing that I found both interesting and frustrating about this game is the fact that the other characters were so closed off when it came to questioning, which added to the plot. Overall I have enjoyed this game and the setting.

This is one of my all time favorite Nancy Drew games (and I have played the majority of them). There are a variety of puzzles to solve as well as an interesting outdoor map that was easy to navigate. I think that this mystery was fast paced and interesting with a great ending and a detailed backstory for both the characters and the setting itself. I also thought it was fun that some of the areas you can explore are not revealed right away which helps build suspense and interest. There was the right amount of challenge and the puzzles didn't get repetitive. I would definitely recommend this game to both current fans of this series and to players who may just be starting.

This was an interesting game and I learned new things about carousels, but because it is an older game it was a very fast playthrough. I would recommend it, but if you are interested in a more drawn out mystery I would suggest the Ransom of the Seven Ships or the Haunting of Castle Malloy.

I thought that this game was a lot of fun with interesting cultural aspects and some folklore as well. The setting was appealing and fun to navigate and I thought that it was an enjoyable game. One of the better games in the series.

I think this game was a little bit slower of a pace compared to the many Nancy Drew games I have played. I did like that it took longer to complete as a result with more complex puzzles and with the sailing feature. It was fun to explore the island and the surrounding ocean, but I think that the quality of the controls could be improved for an overall better navigating experience. There was also less interaction with other characters, so be prepared for a lot of independent tasks and puzzles that don't involve interviewing the suspects. Overall, I enjoyed this game, but if you want a Nancy Drew game that is a little bit more fast paced I would recommend checking out some of the others in the series.

I thought that this was one of the more compelling Nancy Drew games, dealing with Nancy as the main suspect, which gave the plot a bit more of a twist because it is unique among the many Nancy Drew games that I have played. The town layout and the stories behind the characters added to the game and I think that it was fast paced and interesting. I would recommend this game and I think it was one of the stronger games of the Nancy Drew series.
