Incredbily unique rhythm game. You only have one button to use, and you click on the 7th beat of a song. How can that be interesting you ask? Lots of different gimmicks and mechanics are introduced during the game, and right after I beat the second boss stage, I knew this game was truly special. I bought the game for my friends because I felt they needed to experience how amazing this game is and they were blown away the same way I was. You don't need to be a rhythm game expert to enjoy this game, the charming stories of the characters you meet are adorable and music is such a joy to listen to. Highly recommend this.

The best visual and story VR game I've played. If you own VR, this game is a must get and if you're a Half Life fan then you are definitely in for a treat. It's a very VR noob friendly game so if you've never played VR before, you will still have a good time and get used to the controls pretty quickly. Play it on the Valve Index and Index controllers for the best possible immersive experience (HL:Alyx is also included for free if you buy the Index controllers.)
The game is set between the first and second game but you WILL learn something new about the past and potential future of the series. It's worth playing all the way to the end. My VR GOTY 2020 for sure.

When it comes to VR Rhythm games, it's really hard to find something unique. They all usually fall under the same category/gameplay style and Beat Saber is usually the big brother. But OhShape takes this in a whole different direction in a fun and interesting way. As most people have said already, it reminds me a lot of the show "Hole in the wall", and that's a good thing. But it doesn't only have those walls to go through, but also walls you have completely dodge to the side, to punch/break with either one or both arms, and coins to collect. All of these aspects are then being thrown together with the beat of the music in the form of a dance choreography. I definitely recommend this game if you are into dance/rhythm games and just want to have fun dancing to some great tracks. There's also a custom level editor you can use to make a level out of your favorite track! I've talked a bit to the devs of this game in their discord, they are quite responsive to feedback and seem really down to earth. Great people, great community and I think this game deserves more recognition than it gets.

I had my eye on this game ever since it was announced. This instantly became my favourite VR game. It's amazing and so much fun! Slice boxes in the right direction with the beat, dodge walls and avoid hitting mines that ruin your combo. Sick music as well, with the occasinal updates with either new music or features. This is a must get VR game to add to your collection.

Edit: So much have changed and been updated to the game. This game has basically changed my life, lots of great people in this community that I've met and become good friends with, mods and custom songs that are incredibly well done that keeps this game still alive after 3 years. If you have ever considered getting VR, this title alone justify getting a headset. Do it. You won't regret it.

This game is a blessing for me. I'm an introvert and shy. I'm kind of lonely most days.

I don't regret buying a VR headset just for this game. I don't really like to talk, but vr let's me be a mime (I usually use a model of Link, quite fitting I think), making people understand what I mean without saying a word. It's so fun. I've met a lot of great people. I highly recommend playing this game solely if you just want to meet new people, chill and become friends with them.

Sure the servers go down every now and then. It can be glitchy at times and needs a bit more work. But that should not stop you from trying this game! It's free, what do you have to lose?

This game kind of saved me, mentally. Thanks VRChat team, I love you.

Wow, I'm really glad I found this gem. I've had it on my wishlist for quite some time, but I had some leftover money, and I thought, hey, why not buy this game, it's really cheap! And oh my god it was worth it. The gameplay is really fun, the combat feels really nice. In RPG's I like going the magic route, but it is very hard in the beginning of the game, since you use up all your mana on one guy. And also if you don't go leveling one spesific skill-tree, the game can be really hard. But aside from that's it's pretty good. And sure the game can be buggy sometimes, and the story can be a little cringe worthy, it's still worth a buy. Oh and it's first person, you can even see your arms, legs and body when you look down, which is astonishing in a game from 2006!
