Unrealistic and very basic game. also game support doesn't respond

I can say I have been very excited for this release but was quickly disappointed due to the many glitches and bugs in the game.
The tutorial could be more in-depth with more tutorials on different things that can happen. and how to best play the game and also utilizing all of the features available.
I would not recommend getting this game until they update and fix the current issues.
also When there is a call I dont even know what the call is. I donty speaky germany

Pretty fun game and definitely worked on. I would love to see a new game like this and i hope you do consider making another one!
maybe an american game located somewhere in the united states with american engines and the functionality to be the dispatcher, controller and more
please continue this in a city with a big population like new york

I am hoping the improve on the quality and textures a bit and that they add way more features by look at other firefighting games but for now id wait
