And the caravan from High Rock? First of all, all routes into and out of Skyrim are closed due to Ulfric Stormcloaks' uprising, and second, HOW DID THEY GET INTO BLEAK FALLS BARROW IN THE FIRST PLACE?!

Server Rules*
