Lets get this review Started. I have played many Sid Meier's games for many hours Just started on this one My goal is to double or triple my Civ 5 hours.
1: People this is not ALPHA CENATUARI so stop trying to make it ALPHA CENTAURI
2: It is also not CIV 5 its own entity way after civilizations have collapsed just watch the video -_-

POSITIVES

Civilization Byond Earth has a great story behind it. I like the idea that humanity was the downfall to civilization and that they're being forced to start a new in an Alien planet.

One of the things I was the most estatic for was the pre-game set up. It allows you to start strategizing ahead of time on how you want to play the game. I choose Elodie, take the artists, reveal resouces, and take pioneering to get that extra culture boost.

The Unit Customization is great and not so linear as most people find it to be there are plenty of units that need a combination of affinities to produce units. However, I personally harmony because the Xeno Titan is lovely.

The tech we is pretty nice as well because you are forced to choose certain technologies like in Civ 5.

Quests are a nice little added bonus because they help shape your game and plan as you progress.

I love the added dificulty. I was able to beat CIV 5's Deity difficulty, however I can not complete Civ BE's max difficulty.

I love that wonders are now distinguishable compared to launch

Not as much of a domination rush like Civ 5

No Ghandi :D

Negatives
Seige Worm targets Workers really hard and no hope of getting it back.

Low player base for multiplayer for now

few maps for now

health system is extremely hard to manage mid game when trying to expand

Resouce abundance vs Resource cost on Units, improvements, buildings
