Decent. Needs more content.

The game is great :)

The game is pretty decent and fun to play so far. I have put about three hours into this and the only downside that I can see is the random crashes / bugs. I like the lore things (funny bits) laying around that you can read. I also like the random things on the map that you can find and collect.

The game is not good or bad . . . just fine. The missions are too repetitive with not enough variety. Boss battles ( a bit underwhelming ) and the story are the highlights. I am waiting to see where the monthly content dlc drops land to really grasp if this has a future or not.

UPDATE: After playing the new season and seeing that it has almost nothing new to offer outside of the joker being added and a few reused mission types that they seemed to have re-branded as new content? I am saying that you should stay away from this garbage.

What a waste of an IP and my money. I could get mad about so many dumb things that they did with this game . . but what would be the point? In the end it is just a game.

You all had one of the best IP's in the world that you could make a game with and you turned it into this?

Who was the decision maker on this game? You released some free content for season one and it is this bad? I mean come on .. GET SOME PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY GET EXCITED ABOUT MAKING ♥♥♥♥ FOR THE DAMN GAME. So many neat things that you could all do for a game like this and you release this and call it good? Give me a break.

Armored Core VI is great:). Fun gameplay, challenging boss fights (even though they induce a lot of rage inside you at times lol), amazing mech customization, and a lot of entertaining threads on the forums to read about people raging over the difficulty. Fun times:).

The whole game was kind of meh. . . not good or bad.

I got duped. Don't get duped like I did. The game runs fine on my pc setup overall . . . but the game feels generic to play so far. Waste of money in my opinion and not worth the asking price (should have been around $40.00 at most). To each there own I guess however.

Fun and addicting with a ton of content.

I wanted to wait a day or so before I left a review for this after seeing all of the crazy talk about the terrible performance (stuttering, etc) online and in the steam forums. I have also had some terrible stuttering when I first played. I was holding just below that two hour cut off refund mark for obvious reasons. I wanted to see if the developers/company could be held to their word about a patch to fix the stuttering or if all of the talk was just that . . talk and nonsense like most try to do just to make a sale.

I was absolutely amazed and happy to see that they did release a patch :). The game runs great now with zero to very limited stuttering:). Smooth as silk. I can't run the game in 4k with my 2060 like usual with no DLSS option, but I can run everything on max with medium shadows in 1440p at a decent frame rate (not 60, but around 54ish - 57ish? Which I don't mind being just below 60 as long as it is fairly constant). The gameplay is great and damn does the game look incredible even at 1440p. This may be one of the best looking games of this year.

I would recommend you pick this up. The story is decent so far (bit basic but that is fine) and with the patch being released it kind of gives me confidence that I can have some form of trust with future projects from this company for the time being.

I have never heard of this game before so I took a chance on it during the steam sale. So far this have been a enjoyable strategy rpg with a decent story and has fairly involved systems.
