Great sim, especially if you are into military aviation. Lots of modules, lots of content, and lots of time spent in manuals trying to figure out what the hell that random switch does.
Go try it, you have nothing to loose. Hundreds of hours can be spent mastering the Su-25T alone. Have some fun, you deserve it.

Edit: The 2.5 release has been phenomenal, as have been the various models that are coming out. The future is a bright place for DCS. I highly recommend the SRS radio mod as well if you are planning on flying multiplayer.
