This game is honestly a bargain. Though tower defence has never been my preferred choice, this game balances it well. The management style is simple, but that's all it needs to be - pick a couple of specialty races, cater to them, and keep the money flowing. There isn't a great deal of depth, but Unholy Heights provides the vindictive satisfaction akin to Roller Coaster Tycoon series, ie "No one complains about my apartment complex; to the front line battling witches with you!". My only real complaint is the early stage of game is quite tedious, but that problem goes away when you unlock better units and furniture.

If it's on sale and you want 10-20 hours of fun, snatch this one up.
