You can feel the RE4 inspiration behind it, maybe too much inspiration. I found it worse than RE7, which is a survival horror game, this is more an action game. Ethan character development was nice to have even though i found it bitter sweet considering the lack thereof in RE7, felt forced.

Smooth gunplay albeit besides the Lycans you can't critical headshot other enemies which is something that adds to the satisfaction of putting down enemies in previous RE entries. Sound design is great, Ethan's breathing in tense situations feels real and accurate and the sounds of pickup ammo and healing items is satisfying to listen to.

Overall is a good experience for a RE fan. To me just felt like the whole game had great concepts that were poorly realised.

WIthout a doubt my favourite game of all time even though i played it on PS2. The one and only stealth infiltration game. Thanks to Michael Ironside for Fisher's voice and especially thanks to Clint Hocking, the designer of this masterpiece.

Kind of unnecessary making this a separate game, but very decent Prologue for its length, good amount of side quests

I had very high hopes for this. Very disappointing, way too short, very few side quests, no difficulty whatsoever, the settlements mechanics are completely unnecessary, it looks more like Sims than Fallout to be honest.
The DLC were nice though. Far Harbor had way better atmosphere and plot than the whole game. Nuka World was top notch, it's exactly what the game should have been

Even though it had the worst PC game releases ever, full of bugs, badly optimized, they ended up fixing it and redeemed themselfs. An amazing game, nice ending for the series.

Any sequel that came after is redundant

One of the very few games with almost no graphical and gameplay bugs i encountered. And the best implementation of Nvidia PhysX so far.

Even though AC2 is the best one, AC3 was pinnacle of the series. Had ships, animal hunting, side quests that actually made sense and had every weapon and gadget from the previous games
