I had a very lovely time with it.

I had a nice time with Alba. It's a very low-pressure game set in a location that's fun to wander around. I like the mechanic of snapping pictures of the wildlife, and I think there's just enough variety to be interesting and tap into completionist urges without ever disrespecting the player's time. The game felt like just the right length too.

C'est très rare que je choisis la version localisée d'un jeu ou d'un film, mais ça vaut la peine avec Dépanneur Nocturne. Le dialogue québécois est extrêmement sympathique, et selon moi ajoute beaucoup à l'ambiance. C'est un jeu où j'ai apprécier me retrouver, où j'ai aimé prendre mon temps pour apprécier les alentours et tous les détails des items. Je le recommande pour passer un moment de confort.

Poly Bridge is very well made, and you might learn a thing or two about bridges.
Or you can just persevere and slap together something that just barely works, and feel the triumph of having escaped the need to learn anything at all. Your choice.

It's a very competent and polished little strategy game, and it's pretty to look at too.

I didn't find it very difficult, and difficulty didn't feel very modulated by the various island layouts either, so it felt maybe a little flat - kind of like playing an endless game of Solitaire where I'm continually winning. If you like a low key, low stakes kind of experience, ISLANDERS fills that role pretty well.

It's mini-golf, so what's not to like? It has a bit of jank, but I don't mind it in this type of simple and slightly wacky game. Definitely play this one over voice chat with friends.

Great fun with friends. Very easy to pick up for a round or two. Works well for remote hang outs.

There's some pretty decent performances in this, and they feel worth exploring. This is definitely a more ambitious sibling to Her Story, which I'm not fully sure is an improvement on the formula. The interface is less frustrating to interact with, but I felt like the minutes-long clips were kind of tedious to navigate. At the en of the day, if you like Sam Barlowe's writing quirks, you'll probably enjoy this.

We Met in May is a wholesome and delightful bite-sized experience. It packs a lot of endearing and kind humor in its writing and mechanics, and the visual style is comfy and soft. A great, small example of what a cozy game can look like.
