TL;DR Only recommending if you have friends to play with, otherwise it's boring/dead (no pun intended)

Contagion is a Zombie survival game with an emphisis on gunplay and spooky areas. The game itself plays very well, and is actually pretty fun. It contains many different modes which I will further go into detail now

Players must work together to complete all the objectives and escape. Objectives, items, and pathing are random, so each play through is different. Any survivors that lose their life along the way will return as infected and must eliminate the remaining survivors before they complete the objectives and escape. This is esentially the story mode, as there are some events that happen and much of it is scripted.

This is a PvP game mode where the last survivor standing is the champion. Supplies are scattered throughout the map randomly. On death, much like Escape, you turn into a zombie with the goal of killing all other players.

Players must work together to protect civilians and help them escape once the rescue vehicle arrives. Once you approach the location of the civs, zombies will start hording around the house. You must use the supplies at the location to defend yourselves from the zombies until the rescue vehicle arrives.

Escape is my favorite gamemode because it has the most story!
