Recruits start at the position of Cadet and work their way up based on merit and experience. Staff positions are awarded to members who demonstrate leadership, advanced understanding of unit and military strategy and organization, and the ability to teach the above qualities. Enlistment in Talon Republic includes being placed into a squad and receiving training on the tactics and protocols required for successful operations.



Talon Republic is flexible, in the sense that activities are organized around member availability and the potential benefit from the activity. We are always looking for players who enjoy a fun yet structured time gaming.
