puzzles are nonsensical - the only scary monster I have encountered so far is during the dream sequence at the beginning. It's an ok game but the puzzles are over designed.

It's better than Royal Court and it's worth the price.

In short?
Played a few hours got bored really quick.

Long review:
I was initially overwhelmed by the many choices of what nation I could play as but I settled for a minor one in spain.
I tried figuring out the U.I. but I gave up on it, its a hot mess.
Ancient religions are really interesting and I was hoping to find religious decision to incorporate local deities into my growing nation - no decisions exist as of yet (maybe it exist but I did not find it.)
I could not figure out how to convert my pops to my religion or culture besides using a province edict.
The A.I. allied to my enemy tried to ally to me as soon as I annexed their ally.
The A.I, allied to me which had positive relationship betrayed me as soon as a civil war started
The A,I, sucks ass.
Wars in imperator rome are messy and enemies and allies scramble all over the place, some even kamikazi into larger armies.
Most if not all nations feel boring and the same.

Graphics 10/10 Beautiful graphics doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ if the game suck.
U.I 2/10 - a mess.
Gameplay 5/10 - Rinse and repeat gameplay, uninspired and unoriginal.
Story - none existent, create your own.

Well I'm going to play Crusader Kings 2 and spread manicheanism to Rome - catch you later godless heathens.
