Don't get me wrong; The game looks great, and I waited for this for over a year.
The modelling is great and I love the general idea.

The maps are too small. 16 cities? I understand the game is using a lot of resources due to excellent graphics but I am used to Simutrans maps with 200+ towns. I have gone back to playing Simutrans so many times because it feels so much more in depth.
The cargo system is too narrow. One type of carriage can carry several types of cargo in many cases (Simutrans has this)

The names of towns are English but the rolling stock is Swiss/German at least without mods. I did not see any language button. I know German but my Steam account is in English and I would love to change the language, if that changed the names of the towns..

The scheduling garage/depot system from Cities in Motion 2 was good in certain ways, would love to see some improved version implemented in Transport Fever or some other game;
You have a x number of maximum units that can be utilised on a line
Depots have units/rolling stock and lines assigned to them
Scheduling was done on a week basis (more passengers mon-fri rush hour, less at night etc)

Maybe I am just grumpy and have not given it a proper chance.. I doubt I will, im afraid.
