Payload Incorporated (Trading as Payload Inc.) is an Australasian based internet company specialising primarily in pushing carts, capping points and random crits.

Originally founded by Mr Ryan Ryan Just Ryan and Mr Durzo Blint, with the administrative assistance of Co-Founders, Mr Shindogo and Mr Lorenceo. Payload Inc. successfully carried out a full merger, and then acquisition of Like A Boss Payload's assets. Thus consolidating the conglomerates future investments in the global Team Fortress marketplace.

Payload Inc.’s origins began with the company known as Payload And Grapes, a very successful enterprise which revolutionised the Team Fortress gaming world. Unfortunately the company became too big for its own assets to support and went into liquidation, leaving a gap in the now large TF marketplace. Several Payload And Grapes executives, headed by Mr Osci Tomato Sauce, upon seeing this gap, created Like A Boss Payload, which with the help of Mr Just Ryan and Mr Blint, grew to a status that rivaled and then even surpassed Payload And Grapes’s achievements. After a very successful run with the company, the CEO and beloved “Benevolent Dictator” of Like A Boss Payload stepped down from his position and went ahead with the acquisition and immediate merging of Like A Boss Payload, into the newly formed Payload Inc.
